    Another great lesson, Alfons! I am 73 and really learning to feel my entire body and how it moves and carries itself. I am now able to walk and carry myself with much better ease, and am feeling like a very different person! Wonderful! My lessons are now what I do every morning to start my day!

    This lesson awakened my jaw, teeth and cheekbones. There was a force pulling at all these structures for hours after this lesson.
