There was a palace built on top of the world. It was not so much as palace and more like a magnificent golden crown that straddled the highest mountains on that planet. Our favorite faction in it is the Imperial Guard. I even sent him a purity sel as a patch for his armor. I pray he comes home alive and well.

@@Scarletraven87 I don´t think you´re right. The Emperor wanted mankind to be the dominant species that reached its full potential, so he wanted to kill all the threats that existed to humanity. But he was absolutely capable of accepting and even ally other intelligent life, that was willing to cooperate. The only thing was that after the Age of Strife there were mostly hostile and monstrous alien-species, so peace was merely an option. But even Horus for example said, that the Emperor teached him the ideal of living with other species in peace, when he encountered the Interex first.

Imagine a kid growing up in the lower portion of Terra unable to see anywhere near the top of the buildings around him. Only imagining what the upper half could possibly look like only to return hundreds of years later as an imperial fist and walk the halls of the god emperor for the first time.

Ever since I have gotten into 40k I have just wished what it would feel to live in the glory of the emperor, to deliver his will to the universe. Such a cool character.
This music made me cry, the beauty in it's emotion of sorrow, regret, tragedy and then in parts hope and perseverance. With the context of the Horus Heresy it is all the more tragic yet hopeful, since before the heresy humanity reached enlightenment in the great crusade with the Imperial truth, made all the more tragic by the betrayed of half of the Primarchs who each had their regrets that It came to civil war and being possessed by Chaos or dying before they realised the terrible actions they had made. Such a sad end to such a great period of enlightenment and prosperity for humanity. I think humanities greatest weakness will always be that it can't stop fighting itself, down to the individual doing some soul searching, up to a civil war on a galactic scale. - Lesson to be learned form this music, if you want to live in a world of fairness and prosperity, uphold the human construct of ethics and morality and never do harm to another human unless they would do harm to you.

Me and my friends had a discussion of “If you were a high-lord if Terra like a good one and actually cared and boom a Warp storm appeared and spit out a black fleet just a few solar days away from Terra which reinforcements would you call upon directly?” Many of my friends said certain chapters of this and that and all the while I sat there with the biggest grin on my face and when they finally asked me I just went “You’re all fools…I would send a distress signal for everyone of course but I’m getting on the Vox and calling one faction immediately first and foremost” They all went “Well which chapter?” “Not a chapter….I am calling upon the damn Adeptus Sororitas” They all stopped and went “OMG I didn’t even think of that” Imagine the absolute zealotry and fury they would fight with……. Imagine your a sister of battle the bay doors open and you pour out but you stop just before your feet hit the holy ground you look and in the distance miles away you can see it The imperial palace The golden throne The Seat of your God It’s RIGHT THERE Finally you muster the courage to set your unworthy feet upon the holy ground…….you kneel and place your hand upon the soil beneath you….. I'm in the middle of one right now, and it's for a major grade. I wasn't feeling too hopeful I'd finish this three pager before midnight, but I'm somehow more than halfway already, and the music is keeping me level headed. Shit's helpin for sure.

Designed a webscrapper for a college project listening to this, the ommnisia guided my hand.
Imagine a kid growing up in the lower portion of Terra unable to see anywhere near the top of the buildings around him. Only imagining what the upper half could possibly look like only to return hundreds of years later as an imperial fist and walk the halls of the god emperor for the first time.
The light of the sky may not touch many of the Faithful, but the Emperor's love reaches all.
Played the song while I was playing darktide. I kid u not. Those heretic were in for a rude awakening. The emperor is our guide, and he shall always grant us strength while we serve him.

This music made me cry, the beauty in it's emotion of sorrow, regret, tragedy and then in parts hope and perseverance. With the context of the Horus Heresy it is all the more tragic yet hopeful, since before the heresy humanity reached enlightenment in the great crusade with the Imperial truth, made all the more tragic by the betrayed of half of the Primarchs who each had their regrets that It came to civil war and being possessed by Chaos or dying before they realised the terrible actions they had made. Such a sad end to such a great period of enlightenment and prosperity for humanity. I think humanities greatest weakness will always be that it can't stop fighting itself, down to the individual doing some soul searching, up to a civil war on a galactic scale. - Lesson to be learned form this music, if you want to live in a world of fairness and prosperity, uphold the human construct of ethics and morality and never do harm to another human unless they would do harm to you.

They all went

“Not a chapter….I am calling upon the damn Adeptus Sororitas”
They all stopped and went
“OMG I didn’t even think of that”
