I do view that Terry Crews should voice the Scourge Doomfist, as his attitude in old spice commercial fits the scourges design, and i view that the savior should be a new tank and literally calll him Savior, and have ving rhames voice him. The events were timed and sadly you can no longer play them, at least until if they decide to bring it back next year. Watch Retribution, Uprising and Storm Rising. Storm rising leads up to the battle in this doom fist animation and will explain further. You can watch in release order but I would recommend watching chronologically starting with Retribution and ending with Storm Rising. They were on cool down and he was calm because he knows the cool down timer. He was just waiting so he can use the enhanced rocket punch. Doomfist follows the Might makes Right philosophy. He believes the strong should control the weak, and that he's Strong. He actually took the gauntlet from another. There's 3 different Doomfists with 1 of them even being a hero if I remember right. His entire existence as a playable and fleshed out character was made purely because of the fanbase. Blizzard was bombarded with questions and hopes of playing him. The Overwatch Devs decided to make the character. Before us all that was made of him was the gauntlet and small story about him from the first Cinematic trailer with the brothers. It was also believe for awhile that Terry Crews was gonna voice him and the idea was received well by both fans and Crews himself. Sadly it was not to be.

There are three different groups where the heroes of the game belong to. There is talon, overwatch, and the in between, from what we know of talon consists of : sombra , widowmaker, reaper, doomfist ,and moira. Team overwatch consists of : all the characters in the zero hour short + some other characters such as lucio and sojurn. While some characters have been part of team overwatch such as torbjorn and soldier 76 we dont exactly know which side they are on exactly, the same goes for almost the rest of the heroes that we know of. I personally am wondering which team bastion and wrecking ball will go to since bastion is a robot that has Vietnam flashbacks commonly, although in the comics he was taken in by torbjorn to be safe from the public which wanted him gunned down. Torbjorn would at the time of zero hour be older than in the comics judging how old rein looked compared to that of the last couple seconds of his animated short “honor and glory”, so bastion would be older and more developed and if not having less consistency of the flashbacks might at least figure a way around shooting everything. Also wrecking ball who at the time of writing this now realize that gmineo hasnt actually seen his backstory. In conclusion watch wrecking balls backstory its my favorite one mostly since hes a little hamster and is so darn cute🐹. Edit: I like this game too much to not dig for lore

Dudes. He’s one of the highest ranking leaders of the Talon Organization. The big ass arm he has is a gauntlet he earned from killing the previous Doomfist in hand to hand combat, but his actual right arm is a prosthetic made to resemble the real thing, but it’s far stronger than the original. Now all the Gauntlet does is amply the striking power of whoever is using it so everything you see Doomfist doing, that’s all fighting techniques he learned during his time as a competitive martial artist.

Doomfist is actually the 3rd person to hold the title. As the Mechanical Arm he uses molds to its user. 1st the Savior, 2nd the Scourge, then this Doomfist: the successor.
Actually I'm pretty sure "Overwatch's return" refers to the cinematic trailer and this origin story is still a decent amount in the past (the prison break) lastly the 2nd Doomfist's name was "the scourge"

If you remember the first Overwatch cinematic, where the brothers are at the Overwatch exhibit, they were looking at Doomfist's gauntlet, so the combat portions are prior to him being in prison, and his escape...back into Talon!

Doomfist is the leader of talon.
There are three different groups where the heroes of the game belong to. There is talon, overwatch, and the in between, from what we know of talon consists of : sombra , widowmaker, reaper, doomfist ,and moira. Team overwatch consists of : all the characters in the zero hour short + some other characters such as lucio and sojurn. While some characters have been part of team overwatch such as torbjorn and soldier 76 we dont exactly know which side they are on exactly, the same goes for almost the rest of the heroes that we know of. I personally am wondering which team bastion and wrecking ball will go to since bastion is a robot that has Vietnam flashbacks commonly, although in the comics he was taken in by torbjorn to be safe from the public which wanted him gunned down. Torbjorn would at the time of zero hour be older than in the comics judging how old rein looked compared to that of the last couple seconds of his animated short “honor and glory”, so bastion would be older and more developed and if not having less consistency of the flashbacks might at least figure a way around shooting everything. Also wrecking ball who at the time of writing this now realize that gmineo hasnt actually seen his backstory. In conclusion watch wrecking balls backstory its my favorite one mostly since hes a little hamster and is so darn cute🐹. Edit: I like this game too much to not dig for lore
you left out Sigma out of Talon (despite fact they are just using him), Soldier 76 is Morrison and he is very much on the overwatch side but he acts he doesnt belong to them

Dudes. He’s one of the highest ranking leaders of the Talon Organization. The big ass arm he has is a gauntlet he earned from killing the previous Doomfist in hand to hand combat, but his actual right arm is a prosthetic made to resemble the real thing, but it’s far stronger than the original. Now all the Gauntlet does is amply the striking power of whoever is using it so everything you see Doomfist doing, that’s all fighting techniques he learned during his time as a competitive martial artist.
