After being shocked at the hand mixing...for future reference, if you have another muffin tin, just spray the bottoms with cooking spray and press the sprayed tin into the one with the crumbs 😂😂 your crust will come out more even lol but honestly cheesecake is that easy sometimes 😂, sincerely, a cheesecake professional who rates you 8/10 (cheesecake cracking can be avoided by letting stuff come to room temp first!)
