      @@user-wj1yh2cu1g Functionally, yes. But visually, still a long way to go. I am having more stability in my feet. I feel it mostly when I try to do unilateral focused lower body exercises in a doable level like ATG split squats, Cossack squats, step ups, etc. And I am also working on my triple flexion mobility as well. Along with these I recommend you to do banded lateral leg lifts standing or lying, and do exercises to increase and improve hip flexors strength, hip mobility, squatting depth and very importantly, ankle dorsiflexion.       The first movement with the ball against the wall. My glute on the side away from the wall on fire.

    My knees only seem to go inward when i lock them. My feet arent very flat either and i don’t naturally stand with my toes pointed towards each other, they naturally go outward a bit. Do you think this will help?

    I am also few weaks ago l tried streching exercise for 2 weeks after two weeks l become schoked bcz these exrcise help me to correct30 prcnt my knock knee and l was unawared about it benefit that it helps in knock knee also with height

    I'm 23 and I believe mine is genetic. Inherited it from my mom + I was fat when I was a kid. Hoping exercise can fix it, though I highly doubt it will do anything. 😔

      Same. I'm 22 and my mom had the same legs as mine.
      I thought it can't be fixed that's why I was curious when YT recommended me this video.
      But truthfully, does it work? Do you think it will work?

      @@vminmotivationalcurve88yea64 Based on other videos about knock knees I've watched, exercises may help but only to a certain degree. In other cases, it may require surgery to correct it especially if it's already "permanent" (like in the bone structure itself)
      There is hope with exercises, I just wish it will work for us who have had knock knees since childhood

      it all depends on how severe is. its you have permanent bone change or anything else etc ect

    I'm confused. Your title says this is for knock knees but all the information is for bow leg. Do these exercises correct Both?

      This is for knock knees. Bow legs probably have stronger abductors. This is not for bow legs lol

    Thank u for this video bt these exercises are almost impossible for knock knees prblm person .. 😭
    Do 10-15reps (3sets)of each legs 👍
    I m not able to these exercises especially last I think u don't understand our knock knees prblm that's why u tell difficult exercises
    Ist understand knock knees prblm thn suggest exercises which we easily do becoz of knock kness it's very difficult to move or use legs 🤔😭😭 so it's stupidity whn u make videos related to knock knees prblm 🙏🙏
