    Marcus, you have such great technique! You must have marched with a Drum Corps somewhere along the way. Who was it?

      @marcus hawkins Oh, I would know Jacksonville State as The Spirit of Atlanta in the old days. I marched with the Des Plaines Vanguard in '70, '71 and '72. We finished 7th at the first DCI Nationals in Whitewater, Wisc. I also Marched with the Royal air reunion core in 2002

      it's just a alternating flam that's more relaxed in hieghts and dynamics to allow for a smoother sound while playing them faster. hope this helps!!
