Kanti style Onion Chutney| Kashmiri kanti piyaz chutney| Kashir gande chetin

Try this delicious chutney made from onions while marinating them in soices mentioned below. Very delicious and tasty fried onion chutney.
Oil used @ pir mustard oil
Ingredients used:-
Onions-3,4
Tomatoes-1,2
Capsicum-1,2
Salt- as per taste
Red chilli powder-1tsp
Turmeric-1/2
Fennel seed powder-1tsp
Ginger powder-1/3tsp
Meat masala powder-1tsp
Coriander powder-1tsp
Cumin seeds-1/2tsp
Lemon juice-2 lemons or vinegar-1tsp
