I had an Abojo Peak a couple years back. It was the base model. Loved it! I'm not a pro mtb rider but, very experienced. It got stolen! I waited a year and tried the Aventon Aventure. Good bike, just didn't fit the riding I do. Researched a lot and decided on the 2022 model Wire Peak Comp. It has the E6000 60nm motor. I love this bike. More than enough power for tech steep climbs. Handles well. In all honesty, I'm having a bit of trouble getting used to the full 29 setup. I feel a bit tippy on it. I'm out of shape and practice so that might have a lot to do with that.
PLEASE review the propain ekano 2 cf ! Very little info on this bike and I have one on order. I need to know how badly I messed up spending almost 10K on this thing 😂
I feel you should have tested the elite; it is better bike for less money. You get 12speed slx (vs 11 speed xt), ep8 (vs ep6), those two alone and saving $1,000 is no brainer.
We don't disagree with you there! But, we also realize that there are riders who would be happy and comfortable on this. For example, my father in law, who's older, doesn't mountain bike but wants to just cruise around parks and paths, this would probably be better than the Timp for that. Especially in one of the lower priced models.
The elite is a better value bike. The DVO is so adjustable you don't miss the fox, and it's hot the ep8... Oddly enough that saddle is the most comfortable I've ever ridden.?
Could you share what you believe would be a budget price tag for a high performance dual suspension emtb? We are always looking for more feedback for future tests and price caps.
please enlighten us all with a list of full suspension e bikes of similar caliber with "budget" price tags.... because I would like to buy one if they exist.
Just a heads up: If you want to save yourself more sadness you may want to unsubscribe because this is the first video in our 14 ebike shootout video series. As a side note, we haven’t yet met a person who’s hated e-bikes and then kept hating them after we took them for a proper ride on a modern ebike… semantics aside, they are truly fun. and since we like two wheeled fun, whether it be throttle, electric, pedal, or chairlift access, it will continue to, and always has, had a place on our channel.
Our favorite series of the year begins! Love Ari's ability to make emtb's for all riders. Excited to see the rest!
Love those reviews! 👍
More to come! Stay tuned for the rest of the series.
Been following these for a few years now... 😊
That's awesome to hear. Thank you for the support.

Why does the cheaper model down get ep8 and more expensive gets ep6?

I would be happy to pay a bit more for the same bike but with the 801 motor
Thanks for sharing.
Their elite build has previous gen ep8 motor.
At that price point, I'd go for the entry level Timp Peak at $5999 - seems like the better bike and better value IMO

It's an interesting spec dilemma. We didn't enjoy the saddle, but they're very much personal preference.
I don’t know how can a 5000$ bike be called a budget bike
That's just reality, boss. If you want a useable ebike, this is a cheap as it gets.
6k isn’t budget

Another lame Ebike review. Sad to see what pages are becoming.

@@TheLoamWolf spare us the sales pitch little feller. Ebikes will be your downfall along with every other reviewer shilling their nonsense.
Ohhhh, so you're big mad about it huh. 😂
@@TheLoamWolf not even sure what you're crying about now or why you deleted my reply little feller. Ebikes are lame.
