I'd seen this video previously, and am glad to have found it again. I's shelled out to a shop, it ran OK for a while, then started having the idle problems, then wouldn't start, then nothing. I'm looking forward to trying this fix.

You are so correct. I am so happy I found this video. I have replaced my fuel pump and pressure regulator several times. This time I tried blowing in the part you suggested to eliminate and I could not get any air through it. Eliminate the part and add 1 1/2" of fuel hose. The machine runs better than it ever has. Thank you!

Theres a filter in the black housing that is not serviced it blocks take it out and put fuel proof line from pump to regulator nipple and put a high pressure auto filter in the line between pump and injector Polaris love to rip u off with non serviceable parts that cost 600 dollars to fix either that or put a hold pressure efi pump n after market adjustable fuel pressure regulator external to the tank just make sure u use the efi rated hoses and clamps and check them now n then….
