This is what I LOVE about this fandom. We all can have different rankings and nobody, says you are definitely wrong. We all rank them differently for different reasons. Thank you for sharing yours.

Into Darkness The Next Generation is my favorite of all the Trek shows, but the TNG movies are just dumb, action shlock. No heart. The TOS movies actually felt like the next step in that cast's journey, addressing themes of getting older, and passing the baton (except for FF, which is why it's near the bottom). The NuTrek movies take the dumb, action shlock to new heights, this time by updating the actors, making some of them awful caricatures of the originals, or reinventing them as bland, sometimes while re-telling the same stuff you saw 30 years ago, only much, much worse.

Discovery 12. Picard. All the NuTrek stuff is melodramatic, and seems to be written by children. They are filled with an angsty, unprofessional crew, and stories are are so over-the-top. The dialogue is infantile, and the character ret-cons are ridiculous. But i had to include them, because they are, technically, Star Trek.
