How to use a Loop in a Salesforce Flow - Example walk-through

In this video we go through an example use case of when to use a Loop element in a flow. We also cover how to use the assignment element and reference that later in the flow.
The example is finding if a contact is associated with an Account who is in the Education industry. (This org has Account Relationships turned on meaning a contact can be associated to many Accounts).

This was super helpful! Building a Flow to accomplish a similar task - when a contact is marked as Deceased, it updates their affiliations to Former. However, by following your steps, the system is trying to capture and update ALL affiliations, not just the contact that has been updated. What am I missing here?
