I guess that at a 3 star level things have to go a little crazy. I find this service a little overwhelming. And some items seem just forced to be "creative and avant garde". I do love the attention to detail (as should be always). But it seems strange to me that a high Michelin star place in spain, has empty tables. Oh, and it also bothers me the man sitting at the table dining with his hat on. Manners.
