Imagine if you were playing Yu-Gi-Oh!/Pokemon, but you got to decide the order you drew your deck. That's how it feels to play Chain of Memories lol you feel so strong. Great video!
I felt so proud of myself when I cam up with idea to make "two decks in one" where I would set up the deck in such a way where after the first card in a sleight was removed, the cards remaining could be combined into a second sleight. Like having a fire and two keyblades to do fire raid, then making sure the numbers of the keyblades add up to whatever sleight I want. So I could do a bunch of fire raids then once I used those switch to ars or ragnarok and so on. In hindsight probably not the most revolutionary tactic but I made me feel smart
You should feel smart~ Playing around the game's system is brilliant and amazing. :3 People would love to watch players who engage with games the way you did.
Good comprehensive guide! I can't give much positive feedback as it was excellent. As for negative feedback, you might want to put your mouth a bit further from the microphone or get a better mic if you can afford it, there was several muffled "p or v" and other points where I couldn't make out which word you were saying. Especially on Org. XII boss names. That's all! Great work, you make me want to play this game again!
Now I just need a video on how to find the motivation to play this game. I never want to see a card ever again and I only just made it to Atlantica while following this guide.
Thank you so so much for this!!! Was about the give up on the game then I found this and it’s the best game guide I’ve ever came across and I am enjoying this game a lot more than expected
Sure. Enemy cards are based around RNG, but the different factors (rolling, striking an enemy to start an encounter, etc) create pseudorandom numbers which can’t be easily predicted thanks to those variables. The pseudorandom numbers give higher chances of receiving enemy cards, and make the process much easier. I have a video linked in the description by DERIKUF that goes more into depth if you’re still curious about it, as he was the person to find the RNG manipulation strategies in the first place I believe.
You totally missed the most crucial thing about this game and why everyone sucks at it. The Strike, Thrust, and Finisher mechanic. The keyblade order is important. You can make so much more effective use of your deck and CP. I see no quick deck scrolling whatsoever in any of the gameplay. Just mashing triangle.. People that say they're "good" at ReCom just overlevel and use OP sleights... No skill.
If you’ve watched a video on people cheesing fights in Re:CoM, then the whole point of the guide was to explain how to do stuff like that for the whole game. Also I never said that this makes you “good” at the game, I’m well aware that these strategies could be considered scummy, but that was the point.

Do I smell an opening skit for a COM video?
Now imagine you're playing Yu-Gi-Oh! But you use someone else's deck, that's how it feels to play as Riku lol
That's pretty much why this game was fun for me

Thanks for the shout out Snakwa! Excellent work and use of speedrun tactics and knowledge 😎

I’ll definitely be using this video a lot when I buy kh 1.5 & 2.5 remix
Very good video, super informative.
i beat recom a few days ago and it was more fun than i thought it was when i was younger, but i still prefer bbs and kh2
Thank you so so much for this!!! Was about the give up on the game then I found this and it’s the best game guide I’ve ever came across and I am enjoying this game a lot more than expected
Nice job
A very underrated title yet outclassed by the best ones like kh2/kh1
Agreed, making this guide actually gave me a greater appreciation for it than I already had.
@@snakwa i feel that, when i got the kh bundle a couple weeks ago i decided to play this game and watch 358/2 both are pretty fun
Was a wonderful and informative video. The mic quality could be better but that's easier said than done.
well made bro!
This video came out in perfect timing. I gave up on the ps2 version at the last vexen fight smh
Why would you recommend Halloween Town before Monstro? Monstro is by far the most challenging early game world
this has potential the mic quality is pretty bad
Can you explain why doing 10 dodge rolls and such and all that helps with farming enemy cards?

I got 1 question: how can I get Pluto's card?
I believe Pluto's card spawns when you use a bunch of your cards in Sleights.
@@KyRex1783 Sleights?
@@johnsantos507 when you press l and r together on three different cards is called a slight as in like a slight of hand
@@tmoran527 That has number on it?
@@johnsantos507 yes I think I only played the original version not the rechain
36 minutes is still to short
I need more joe 😢
You kno wat wouldve made this game 100% better...if you could sequence break and go to any world at the start of the game.
I loved that about final fantasy x2
@@Julianlikesvideos looks like im about to play ffx2
W vid but don't ever give that bum a shoutout AGAIN😭🙏
What bum?
Consider investing a mic
It sounds perfect just increase your Volume
Oh the title is super misleading. i thought you were actually breaking the game. ...
You totally missed the most crucial thing about this game and why everyone sucks at it.

The point is to BREAK recom not play skillfully.

Title pretty clearly says "how to break"
Go and watch an IGN "Top 10 Epic Tips and Tricks" if you want that sorta thing
Doing ragnarock, strike and lethal frame, to izi pizi kill bosses is the move 👀
