+Big Boss I can appreciate how crazy that it. I mean this is a shoot video preview for an '80s mid-carder. What are the odds two guys would be on it at the same time, to make the same joke?
In 1979, a new pro wrestling publication hit newsstands and magazine racks across the nation. It was Pro Wrestling Illustrated. When the first issue went to press, Jim Brunzell was ranked at #4 in the now defunct American Wrestling Association (AWA). Also, he and Greg Gagne were ranked at #7 in the Tag Team Division.
November of 83 at the Rosemont Horizon just outside Chicago. Nawa card with the main event being a Battle Royal featuring Andre the Giant and Hulk Hogan. And you want to know who won it? Jumping Jim brunzell
Here are some of the best parts: 1)Talks about a rib Mr. Perfect played on The Warrior. 2)Tells a nice story about how he met Bruce Springsteen. 3)Discloses who Vince McMahon thought he looked like and it wasn't a compliment. 4)Talked about his problems with McMahon and their pay from the first wrestling dolls and why he sued Vince. 5)Had a heartbreaking story about Andre the Giant. 6)Has a very honest opinion about all the promoters he worked for. 7)Dynamite kid ribbing the Red Rooster
when bruiser broody walks to the locker room and you chase him then he calmly says don't worry about it it has nothing to do with you ... you walk out thank god it doesn't and live to fight another day lmao
Steroids when used correctly will make your carreer last longer . Steroids are great for helping you recooperate but if you abuse them they eat your joints up and enlarge your heart . See Superstar Graham , hips ankles and spine collapse , same for Hulk Hogan knees gone , spine collapsed . Hawk died of heart failure . But guys like Tito Santana and Brian Blair who both used steroids had long careers and they knew when to get off of them . I was a natural weight lifter and did pretty good , 505 lbs bench but I was competing against guys posting 6 bills and had backne . Those guys though , now that we are middle aged , are looking far more worse for wear than I do .
sheik seems to forgotten his matches because he would say he had brian blair in the camel clutch etc. but it was actually this guy who was in the clutch but sheik likes brunzell, hates blair lol
there is a guy in Edmonton telling people he is Jumping Jim. came into my work for a job interview. talked with him for a while, told a yarn of stories and left....i look up this on you tube cause i was wondering WTF would Jim be doing here..and yep, it was NOT him.
well yeah brain Blair maybe a crooked politician but in the 80's a lot of people hoped he and tom billing ton would've gotten together they would've been a unbeatable tag team of the killer bulldogs
I like shoots from guys who were in the midcard because they are usually the most truthful , humble .
Brunzell is a hell of a personality, and who's who list of friends in the business. Trained by the best...Billy Robinson. I'm getting this interview.
Great athlete. Great high jumper.

I don't care what anyone says, Jim Brunzell, always, and still has the best dropkick I ever saw in my life
Highest dropkick🎯 but the prettiest dropkick goes to Rocky Soulman Johnson 💯👏🏽 PERIOD
Jim was the first to pin both Road Warriors at the same time. He is smart & STRONG!

Iron Sheik likes Brunzell, but he hates Brian Blair.
Long overdue, it's just too bad that you couldn't get Brunzell and Brian Blair to do a shoot together as that's what I rememeber both guys for.

Great stuff but too much editing
