@@Joe-d7m6k That would be Kent Nutrition, formerly Blue Seal. It was built in 1980, it was switched by the Arcade & Attica for a little while when the B&P wasn't around but has always been mainly serviced by the mainline railroad. Reisdorf Brothers is located in North Java, NY and is at the end of the Arcade & Attica's trackage. They get cars here from the mainline road (today's delivery was 16 cars) and will take them as-needed up to Reisdorf Brothers, bringing back the empties and dropping them here.
@@CptnRetroYes-- I was aware the Reisdorf was their biggest customer, and how that mill has expanded over the years. Even adding track to make everything work better. Became familiar with the A&A through an article in MODEL RAILROADER many years back. Good thing they have that ALCO now, as the business has exceeded the G.E. switchers. Also--- who laid out that interchange at ARCADE JCT?? Seems very odd and hard to work, for both roads. THANK YOU!!
That big mill-- I thought that was A&A's customer. Also--- that is a very weirdly laid out interchange!!
