I wonder why there are no Airbus A350-900/-1000 in this paint if it did then these will do Hong Kong to Manila short haul Long haul Hong Kong to JFK & Newark 🇺🇲 Sydney and Perth Australia🇦🇺. Perth is a unique case among the Australian routes because you are simply flying the same time zone GMT 8+
cx used to be a great airline flying passengers in the big 747. now the spirit of hong kong is gone. cx now is flying the passengers in the tiny 777 which they claimed to be saving more fuel. but at the same time cx is flying cargo with the 747-8. we all will never have the chance to fly with cx in the 747-8. what a shame and so disappointed. i dont see cx is a great airline based in hk.

What about the aircraft maintenance facility in Hong Kong..... Cathay Pacific always try their best to save money about maintenance, spare, ground time, a couple of CX aircraft need to carry out the check again after the maintenance at TAECO, due to the quality is not good enough........ Did anybody know about that?

on 29 dec 2014 a virgin atlantic 747-400 managed to land safely with 1 landing gear got stuck in the belly. this is a strong proof that with 5 landing gears and 4 engines is always 100000000000000000000 times safer than flying with 2 engines and 3 landing gears. if this plane is 777 it would have tilted to one side and caused explosion. wish this instance wish cx will change their mind and start flying passengers with the brand new 747-8i.

The 777 isn't "ugly" in my opinion. Many airlines ditched the 748 for a more efficient aircraft. There's only about three or four airlines that actually ordered the 8I. The 777, compared to the 748, uses less fuel since it only has two engines. I think they bought the 747-8F because it can hold more cargo compared to a 777F.
man this is only the beginning. mainland china is trying to get all its shity parts and products to hk. mtr in hk is using all these shity parts now. the next generation of the train is made in china too. hk is going to be a shity city soon that is made in china.

Because the plane had undergone a huge usual maintenance check at TAECO so it makes very much sense.
