If anyone wondered what happened to Grace, she announced on her Instagram that she had resigned from Cathay Pacific back in December of 2020.

I don’t think she resigned, I think she was let go by the airline as Cathay Pacific had to fire 6000 workers in 2020 due to the pandemic.

I took a flight from Newark airport to Hong Kong then to the Philippines. The crew was very professional and so polite. Only if more airlines could follow with the same professionalism. I decided I'm taking the same flight again when I go on vacation again.
Just flew Cathay for the first time a couple weeks ago from JFK-HGK and then on to MNL. I will never be happy flying a US airline again, the level of service and comfort provided was top notch. I enjoyed every minute and want to say thank you for an enjoyable experience on such a long flight.
Same and if you do EWR/JFK-MNL via HKG and SIN. You will see this result SQ 21/918 from EWR SQ25&23/910 JFK For CX its 845/843 and 899 to CX907 HKG-MNL followed by 841 and 903 HKG-MNL > PR127 JFK-MNL. To put it in perspective CX = SQ > PR their completion towards MNL for 50-80 years. That also explains why former PR crews end up going to CX due to better pay and service
JetBlue really is only the good airline in the U.S. delta, American, and United? Forget about them. They are atrocious.
They probably also have double the number of crew, compared to US airlines on the same type of aircraft. It makes a huge difference in terms of service and fatigue of the flight attendants. Covid was a perfect example of that. Far fewer passengers equalling less workload resulting in way less fatigue and exhaustion among the staff. I speak from experience
Recently did 30 hours of round trip flying with Cathay to Southeast Asia and can’t say enough great things about the flight staff. The genuine professionalism and friendly fully capable demeanor of these talented women made me feel at ease and looked after the entire trip. Look forward to flying with them again.

Sadly she doesn’t work for Cathay Pacific anymore. She left in 2020 due to COVID-19 cuts, I knew a few people in Cathay Pacific and most of them were let go due to the pandemic.

Air Canada, watch and learn. Your service sucks with mostly old and miserable attendants. These attendants truly love their job and so considerate of the passengers.

AC lost my bags at LAX and the next time I flew with them from yyz to ams they sent my bags to India for 8 days and bitched about having to pay a cab to get it back to me. Offered me nothing each time. They’re horrible. I spent 900euros on clothing to wear those 8 days and I never as compensated for my bags being lost at lax.

Cathay Pacific is and will always be my favourite airline to fly with wherever I go anywhere around the world. Staff and crew members are always there with a smile and guaranteed to make your journey magnificent. The food is top-notch especially those they serve in first class. I have to say that I definitely fly by Cathay Pacific Airline in my next trip as their services are extremely considerate, helpful. Lets talk about my last trip from HK to UK with my husband in May of this year, our seating wasn't arranged together when we checked in, but the ground crew said she would try if there was an opportunity. In the boarding time, both of us were provided the new boarding pass with sitting together after they scanned our previous one..woo..it is very 1st class's service. In regards to the language complaint from the comments, I need to clarity for CP' crews, I spoke Cantonese and they return back to me with smiling face also.
Her apartment in hong kong seems suspiciously large, considering that the majority of hong kongers live in shoebox apartments .

I understand that Cathay Pacific's flight attendants come from allover Asia(And I was told that each flight attendant has the country of origin on the name badge).SO Cathay is really a Global Airline that represents Asia(it is only based in Hong Kong).
She is THE reason that Cathay Pacific is so awesome! Her dedication to her Business Class passengers is outstanding. I flew First Class to Sydney on United, my flight attendant was over weight and old. Mid way during the flight I asked for more champagne. The FA responded "oh, I gave all the champagne to business class." My response was to just stare at her for about a minute. Finally she responded, "well, I guess I can go see if they have any left." I paid full price and the seat was great but the service was not INTERNATIONAL FIRST class standards.

I'm flying PER to HKG and then HKG to SFO soon. Hope she's on one of those flights. She is very attractive.
I won't forget my first international round trip flight with Cathay from SUB-HK-HND. I got good services so far, but unluckily I have to say that you should check the earphone and the projector of the passenger's seat is run well, I got my right earphone is not working and I told the flight attendant to change it with another one, the response was very fast, i am thank you for this. Another case I got my projector is not accessible during the flight, but that time I am not telling the flight attendant, I am afraid that I will be moved to another seat, so my friend shares his projector during the flight with one non-working earphone.
My friend got another story during the flight. She has to move from her first seat to another due to the cleanliness of the chair, and when she moved, the flight attendant asked her to put her belongings to another compartment that is not in her upper head compartment the flight attendant said "it should be full, and you must hurry up" she got a little regret for this.
The service from HK-SUB(INA) is not as well as the service from its reverse, IDK why :). Just improve your service no matter what

Grace is your English name, What is your real (Chinese) name? How do you afford such a nice, big apartment on a flight attendant salary? Apartments in HK are super small.
Floyd R. Turbo believe it or not they can make up to about 75,000 a year. Avg salary about 45,000 to 50,000 a year. That's pretty good money if you asked me.
what the heck beginner pilots make 19 000 a year , they get more after they get expirenced and perform well,captains get paid about 21 000 when they enter service

Cathay Pacific cabin crew uniform is not that brilliant actually I think
I would say the actual service and courtesy of the staff is way more important than the 'packaging' hence the uniform. I have to say Cathay's uniform has always been respectable and pleasant to look at.
She really inspired me to be a flight attendant ( although I couldn't pass safety training when I got the offer....)
