Congratulations again guys!! So excited for you and I loveeeeed the footage you got - especially everyone's reactions! I recorded my reaction when I found out my house offer got approved for my house series too AND THAT FOOTAGE GOT LOST - THE SAME AS YOU!! It was also interesting seeing the process of a house and land package- it's pretty similar to a pre-built home but still different obviously haha! I had no idea SA didn't have the stamp duty exception - cos here in VIC we had it so I didn't have to pay for that!

Also good to see you took out first title insurance, it’s heavily recommended at my conveyancing firm for house and/or land packages.

We use precede at work to and I can’t work out how to have them auto sent. I have to go in and manually emails my pay slips too! It’s so frustrating!
