What exactly did they do with that magic wand? It’s not selecting or deleting anything
after the magic wand, press delete on your keyboard (sorry if i made any mistake, english is not my first language)

@@davidponce8073 make sure to ungroup before the magic wand, the text and grid are supposed to be divided first, you can find it in the pathfinder bar
