- Everyone in India has their own special way of making maggi. Some of like it dry, some of us like it soupy and some of us even make it without the tastemaker! Shreya, Dhruv, Vishal and Madhumita exchanged maggi recipes and found out who has the best one. Which recipe would you try?

I reccomend you to try it. It tastes really good. Not too spicy and adds tangyness to the maggi.
I personally would favor Shreya's recipe. Madhumita's recipe was not maggi. If there is no tastemaker you might as well use any noodles.

Umm.... So people actually get fancy with their maggi? Like when I was in hostel we used to add noodle, water and taste maker with a lil bit of extra salt and pepper..... Though, we once tried to add veggies and cheese it tasted great ngl, but.. it was Hella expensive compared to our Maggie budget ( yes, we had special budget for Maggi only, don't judge xD) so we went back too normal Maggi.

This sounds super wierd

Basically make a normal Maggie (add a cheese slice though)
Then mix in a spoon full of mayonese
Mix it with the maggi
Sprinkle some peri peri masala on top

But it literally taste amazing .. what I do is I boil water then add the masala and then my noodles and lastly I put some cheese and squeeze some lemon. And serve it with chopped onions and chillies. It tastes lazawab but I guess we all have diff. Taste buds so that explains

My maggie recipe is somewhat like Shreya's. Water, maggi, maggi masala, 1 tbsp chilli powder, chili flakes and after putting it in the bowl then put sliced cheese on it. Eat it with cream & onion chips :)

My recipe-
Put some oil in a pan and saute chopped onions, capsicum. After that add chopped tomatoes and taste maker
It will be a little dry but add a quarter cup of water and it will be a kind of a sauce. Let that water dry our and then add the water needed to cook the Maggi and put the whole block of Maggi noodles and let it cook
Optional- you can add a slice of cheese if you want.
Serve hot ☺️
Hii myself advait I am 13 and I make my maggi kinda different way it's like start off adding oil then by shallow frying chopped onions ,tomatoes, bell pepper,garlic,and Gingergarlic paste then add little bit of salt, magic masala, red chili powder and mix well then put water and add your maggi then let it cook a bit after maggi is soft add maggi masala and little bit of oregano and chill flakes and 1 cheese slice and serve Hot..😘😘🤩 u guys should definitely try it and I sure you will love it if ur spicy food lover...
Ohh this recipe was nice...but i boiled the noodles first in a separate vessel and then i added the plain cooked noodles to the masala mix as you said...it was nice 😀

Half cheese slice(any more would have been a little lot)

I'll be honest here.
I actually made all of these Maggi recipes one by one to see which ones the best, unlike others who just judge it by seeing how they cooked it.
Personally for me, Maggi just taster great good as it is but I am not a big fan of adding a ton of other things. Like, this recipe is supposed to be quick and filling, So keeping this mind I made of all them seperately.
Shreya's recipe was the best. She didn't add much to it and it tasted the best.
2nd was Vishal's recipe. For me, it fell just short of Shreya's.]
3rd was Dhruv, even though ketchup doesn't go in Maggi, it didn't taste bad neither good. Hence the 3rd position.
4th was Madhurima, It was just bland and a lot of work for something that is supposed to be quick and easy. I had high expectations for it since it was a lil lenghy process.
Dhruv's recipe was the worst out of all..lyk ssly who tf puts Ketchup+lemon.... worst combination ever🤯🤢🤢🤮💩

Best Maggi recipe : Add 1 1/2 cup of water then let it boil.(high gas)
Add half tablespoon salt, half chopped carrot, half cup corns and half tablespoon soy sauce.
Mix it a little then add maggi (dont break it)
Now (first of all from now your gas should be on medium level) add maggi taste maker, kashmiri mirch half tablespoon and add chili flakes(optional).
Mix it all and then if there is a lot of soup/water left in then put the gas on high level and vaporize the water/soup until it is a bit thick and has coated the noodles.
After all of that you are ready with your Maggi.

i feel maggi tastes better when only the salt tastemaker and green chilly sauce are added to it, (save half the tastemaker for the end) I mean no veggies no cheese nothing fancy of that sort, just the tastemaker being extra without adding any other masala.. also whenever I've tried to put veggies, my experience hasn't been satisfactory it's too much of work for me to fry the veggies separately and then add the maggi to it because otherwise it turns out sticky and dry and I cannot boil and add veggies that would taste to me like dailya I still hope to cook a good Vegetable maggi someday that would turn out perfectly yummy 🙁

Hmmmm, interesting how everybody has their unique and fixed recipes for Maggi, while here I cook and eat Maggi in different ways according to my mood swings :3
