Nobody was more deserving of the HOF than Champ. I do wonder why he didn't get some touches? He was the best athlete on the field. In his first game as a Bronco against the hapless Chiefs, he played some offense. That was the last time. Why didn't he return punts like Deion? I'm sure they were trying to keep him healthy, but a little O and a few PRs wouldn't have hurt.

He says at the end he wanted to learn everything but when The coaches wanted to convert him to the Safety position he retired. He could have played 2 maybe 3,more seasons. He wasn't know as a true teammate and most of his teammates didn't like him! Atwater should have been inducted this year for the Bronco's. At least Atwater has rings! ✌️ Duce's !
