Ok, my roosters are stil very tame. Look at my other video's / I shot a video 3 years ago of a tame rooster. I Just recently made almost the same video with the same rooster. Stil as tame as before. And these are Serama's, they are known fore being very tame.
One of my Serama boys does this too, only I don’t click my fingers, I just put my arm or hand out as a place to land and he flies up then crows. I didn’t train him this way, he just likes to be near me and get some attention. The arm/hand signal is just a welcoming gesture he now knows means to come up. Your sweet guy has a very different crow though.
Yes, his crow is somewhat more mature now, but still isn't as loud as the other two. In my latest video (small very tame sermarooster update 2020) he's in the background crowing

Had couple of tiny roosters in the Spring. They were friendly as babies..
Then they grow and become distant, no longer wanted to be held in palm.
