Its harder to get a student visa with private universities, because the government knows public universities only accept the best.

Nah if you got an uni acceptance and an Anmeldung and you have all the right documents. You are good. Maybe you are talking about private Universities in big cities, me myself I got accepted in IU berlin but im thinking to transfer to Bad honnef because they a big campus for students and the smaller the city the faster I get my student visa.
Plus if you have uni acceptance they must give you a student visa you cant go into private university and lay the fees, and when you go to the Bürgerbüro, the employer gon say to you no for a student vida it doesn’t make any sense

I've read a lot about private universities in forums and websites like Quora and Reddit (yeah lol). A lot of people share their mixed feelings about this topic, most of them always say "private universities are a scam/bad/not worth your time". However, some people think there are a few exceptions, but NEVER SHARE which ones are these exceptions.
Does anyone in the comment section can share which private unis are "decent enough" to check them out? That'd be really helpful for a lot of people.

At private Universities you basically "buy" your degree. You don't need to be smart or study hard to get grades

Hey Max, I've just found out about Uni-Saarland's VSI programme and would know more about it. But I can't find a lot of information on it in the internet. What I currently know about the programme, is that it's somewhat similar to the studienkolleg but it's from the uni. Are you familiar with the programme? I'd really appreciate it if you can provide me with an explanation. Thank you :D

I don't know much about IU Berlin but I have heard some negative things about it like it being very expensive and not teaching proper skills that are relevant for the job market later

Hey max, can you tell the difference between three semester and four semester programs. Also which one will you recommend?
I think the general difference is just the duration, the shorter one will have more volume. For example, my bachelor's program is 7 semesters and if I were to do a master's degree at the same university, it's gonna be just 3 semesters. I can't recommend a specific one because there are so many factors to consider :)
