Just bought myself a CFMoto, its 625 Eps here in Australia. Does your clutch kit work in these models, amd what do they offer ontop of what the standard does as far as performance and longevity. Fantastic video to btw
Just found your site as lm looking at the CF Moto brand. I had a 93 Yamaha Kodiac I bought new had for twenty years then bought a 2012 Polaris 400ho new that I’m thinking of selling and getting another quad. I’m looking at the CForce 600. I use it mostly around my property for hauling brush and dragging limbs and small trees. Also use it on trails up in the mountains for getting into my mining claims. I don’t abuse my equipment but I do use it and always maintain them. Wondering if can expect to get 10 to 20 years out one.
Yes sir. They are very good machines. I actually personally seen one with 14K miles on it all stock except new belts and tires. That was with our clutch kit as well.
If the quad takes off with a slight shake, does this mean that the belt is deformed? anyway, i better take the plastic cover off and check it tomorrow morning ..
Just started watching your Videos as I just bought 2023 600 touring. Absolutely loved machine breaking in properly, went for a trail ride going down a fairly long hill just loving the engine breaking then just started grinding and and sprang forward then fully grabed gears again and flipped us forward, then machine end over end many times . Have you hears of these 600s popping out of low gear like that? I dont believe it was clutch or bearing as it from factory had to wiggle sometimes to stick into low, and popped out to load on my trailer once before. Now I have a 1 month old machine with 100km on it that havent contacted dealer yet as I think they will just say something like it was swamped or something witch it wasnt.
Great videos! I just got a 23 cforce 800 xc. I wanted to go stage 1 clutch kit. What do you recommend/sell that works with mine? Also, do all cfmoto ATVs not stay in "gear' when showing to a stop? I've driven other name brand automatic ATVs and they all stayed in gear or engine break to a full stop. My cfmoto weather low or high will disengage below 3 mph. I live in a mountain range area so I do a lot of rock climbing and decent. I would like to be able to use say low gear and it stay in gear/clutch engaged while descending. Or I'll eat through brakes.. thanks
How to solve the problem with the brake pads and disc on the new cf 1000. It squeals a lot while driving. I drove adly for 10 years and they squealed when they were dirty.
Hi Red. I have a bone stock 2022 600T. I hate the high clutch engagement. I plow, tow, and run the bike in slow, steep trails. Feel like I have to rev the piss out of my machine all the time just to get it to move. I'm looking at the clutch kits that MSC sells. What do you think? Stage 1, 2 or 3? Or do you sell something comparable?
Hello there. We definitely do. Our kits are very smooth. We personally don’t do stages. We build custom kits for the riders needs. You can check them out at www.rngperformance.net or give us a call we can get you set up with a custom kit. And make your 600 be butter smooth and not rev so high.
So is the clutch kit providing any engine braking? Where I ride there are some steep trails and I do like the engine braking going down hill to save brakes
Have you ever seen a metal bushing between the two secondary sheaves? My bent when opening the secondary for a belt change. Haven’t found anyone address the bushing. Got an 08 Arctic Cat 650.
@@R.N.GPerformance Thanks for the response! I tried to flatten the bushing out but it's not perfectly flat and now there's a "tinging" sound. Is that something to worry about long term or should it be replaced? If so, would any metal bushing work? Thank you!
aww yes cv tech clutches so great ya have to update them with a clutch kit the more i watch your channell n real talk power sports not sure i want a cfmoto if ya gotta upgrade everything plus they keep going up in price every yr soon they wont be worth buying
I find mine is grabbing, since new, I was told reclocking takes that away and makes it a smooth start in high gear. I find low gear it pulls away smooth but not high gear. Does reclocking work?
So I just took my cover off on my CF Moto 600 and once you put it in gear and then put it back into neutral the big secondary clutch continues to spin would that be the bearing
@R.N.GPerformance I have a cf moto 800xc and I can’t get my bike to move I put it in high reverse low nothing works when I apply throttle I’m not sure what to do with it if it needs full new clutch assembly or if it’s a different issue please get back to me if you can thanks!!!
@@R.N.GPerformance I’ve pulled both clutches off put a new belt on and it still won’t move when I put it in gear and push it the secondary moves I’m not sure if that helps diagnose the problem but the machine only has 50 hours on it and the primary spins as it should when I fire it up just not familiar with these kinds of things I’m handy but your videos have helped don’t know where to go from here my buddy said it sounds like the wet clutch needs to be replaced?

I just got back from WV riding with the new engine. I did get the long block and it ran good EXCEPT for the clutch. Smoked a brand new belt and it didn't seem to engage right while rock crawling. I didn't have time to take the cover off and check to see it came with an OEM clutch and mine didn't make it or mine just sucked that bad. I need a clutch to engage power immediately and not the jerky ass crap I had and not good engagement so it smoked the belt. What should I do?

Yes. It would need a shifter cable adjustment that will fix that and keep that from happening.
Thank you so much, I think just need to talk to dealer see what they say, machine is just a boat anchor now, 😢
I have the same problem as the machine in the video. Is it possible to buy just the bearing rebuild kit?

Do you know why the bearing won't go back on all the way?

Counter clockwise to tighten, clockwise to loosen the nut.
