I use the TV also! My group don't use miniatures though, I pop the map on my laptop and draw where they are on the map etc and connect it to the tv.

I found that the dungeon might be difficult to fully clear out without a long rest, so I added an incentive to clear out the whole dungeon. I added coloured numbers painted on the walls 1-7 in different colours each. In W20, there is a coin slot with 12 differently coloured coins and 7 candles hung above the slot. When a correct coin is put in, a candle ignites, but if it's incorrect all candles go out and the coins are returned. If the players enter in the correct order of colours based on the painted numbers throughout the dungeon, they each recieve a permanent +1 to a stat of their choice.
I made sure to make it difficult to guess randomly so no tomfoolery. Maybe I'll make it so you can only try it 3 times before the machine malfunctions or something.

I spent 4 hours drawing the dungeon :( it took like 6 maps 25x35 grid sheets
Everyone, I do not recommend doing this! Definetly use this guide instead!
