I have a similar setup for some of these locations. I actually just built storage and leave the items there then come back every once in a while to move supplies back to main base.

@@Laroac Thanks man! I really appreciate it. I've done a ton of work on the base and map since Crush Depth. I've added Laser Turrets to the base and made the defense even more overkill. I think in total I added FORTY laser turrets to the base. Built all of the new crush depth items such as the portal toilet, laser charging base etc etc and have them all placed very neatly. Increased the amount of chests in the storage area as well as realigned them to be more even. I built kill traps for every single robot AND sniper. Literally. Every single one from the starting robots in the lobby/office sectors to the defense robots in the Hydroplant. From the Snipers in manufacturing/mapping center to the Snipers in the Hydroplant as well. Each one is locked down with either Tesla Coils or Laser Turrets. None of that workbench to stop spawns stuff. I have a proper outpost with a carbon bed, charging station, toilet, work/repair benches FULLY upgraded and even a laser turret and Xray tower set up at every portal world and special location now. 22 outposts in total. That's 22 carbon beds, turrets, fully upgraded workbenches etc etc. I even built a stapler farm by having the big starting room near the elevator filled with around 30 workbenches that all have the upgrade that generate materials each morning. That's potentially 30 staplers free each day (if you get very lucky with RNG). As well as a few aesthetic things such as my wall of skulls/heads that makes me feel like The Predator. All of this done legit with no item respawning. Many portal world runs. The save is almost at 350 hours. I'll be doing an updated video sometime either tonight or tomorrow so be sure to catch it if you're interested.

I've got a base at the start, with a killzone by that robot, then a broken down base in the building by the huge lava containers, my main base is in the corridor with the car spawn point where the two scientists stayed before crunch depth, has great accessibility with a killzone by the tier 2 robot next to the aquariums/tram station, and then I got minimum stuff base on top of the big building before the defense bots are. I only got xray turret there an in my main base, same for teleporter. 1 Tier 3 workbench 2 Tier 2 Workbenches. I mean it works, but your set up is amazing. I would watch your base update video.
@@CainPo make sure you're placing your benches in an area that no mob is going to stumble upon and start attacking it. The areas shown in my video seem to work for this purpose. Though someone in Reddit did mention they had a base in the same spot on Vossouir and they say it got destroyed. I haven't had that issue in over a dozen resets of Vossouir so I don't know why they did.
@@dreaddor More than that, he probably isn't powering them. Once they are off power, they no longer suppress spawns. So like the location in the train, order will spawn directly next to it once power is out.

How do you keep those workbenches from unbuilding themselves? every time i place benches around my world they disassemble and need replaced
Enemies will attack player built structures, you need to have turrets to protect them

@@dreaddor i do put them in odd psots with no wandering mobs, they just end up unbuilding when loading in the zone again
