fun fact: if you use a laser power converter then just shoot at it with a laser weapon (pistol or deatomizer) then it will provide infinite power. I have 7 charging stations and two batteries all powered by 1 laser power collector with no input laser other than one tap of my laser pistol
@@aoihitori no they patched it out with the Halloween update I think but if you put a battery of any size that the laser converter outputs to and hook it up to an emitter that points to the converter you can jumpstart it with a laser weapon I think
since the energy pistol can now be self recharged by reloading it as you "crack" it now, and along with the crystal lanturn thing that recharges your batteries over time. infinite energy pistol pretty much.

@@vimmier I did it, lol. Took me about 10 minutes to get there. I only spent 100$ or so. Found a funny trick. You can quickly turn around and sit again on the toilet. If you're fast enough, you can sit 5-6 times. And yes. It counts
@@vasigo2002 tbf- in that specific area, he has exactly one possible spawn point- and more importantly only one spawn point loaded while- for example- the security storage zone has 4, with a possibility of him spawning at any 2 depending on where you are.

@@vasigo2002 That's not true though. You can make him spawn in the locker rooms, the room with the elevator, the storage unit area. It just depends where you currently are in the security sector. He'll always spawn where he spawns in the video if that's where you currently are.

@@dennisjones7420 the only problem is that you can't cook food from a laser. I was waiting for 10 minutes and the tooltip said "uncooked". Not even "slightly cooked". Same with tesla coils. They don't work properly. Looks like they are turning on and off rapidly. But disk turrets and chopinators are fine
@@vasigo2002yeah, same stuff... I thought it just a problem which appeared in some patch, but it just works so with the unlimited energy method. Also I found out if I place too many of the tripple plug boards connected to the infinite energy source and then the Tesla coils the construction makes really noisy sound all the time (I don't know which part especially), and I still can't fix it :( But it anyway is a game changer feature 😈
@@dekavi I'm not sure about the plug boards. But if you connect the coils to a battery (without the laser), they work fine. Not from a laser tho. That's weird
@@vasigo2002 There's one more problem - or rather an annoyance - that I discovered: charging stations are constantly clicking when connected to this "perpetuum mobile", but other than that, they work perfectly fine. I think it is of the same nature as tesla coils being noisy, from the previous comment. Also, if I had to guess, why it happens, I'd say it's because of the way this infinite energy source is constructed. Since with the wall plugs you ether have a constant stream of electricity or no electricity, charging stations only click when the change between night and day happens, but since the batteries are constantly refilled from the laser and they're not connected to a wall plug, the game thinks there is no constant stream of electricity, and yet the energy doesn't drain, and so everything works as if it was powered in the conventional way, but anything that makes sound when power drains, does so 🤓 Still, a cool exploit. It'll probably be fixed at some point but I think it would be a crime if devs don't make some kind of an "easter egg" out of it afterwards.

large crates also have the text on the top bevel, so it's pretty darn hard to read if you have it up on a shelf
