I love the little off-beat break at the end of the loop at 0:42, it's very characteristic for Mother series music and I'm glad the composers for this game were able to recreate the vibe with such detail

I'm very confused what a "scumbag bord creator!!" is...? If you mean Nintendo I don't think they can touch the fact that it has the gameplay thing themselfs and all of the stuff they have struck down or tried to is pretty understandable. I think the simple renaming and removal of content they don't have the rights too is perfectly reasonable and oddity is looking great.
