Just found this channel, really love you and your Dad. I am a baby boomer from a Jamaican heritage however I never took the time to learn how to cook Jamaican foods. I miss the foods prepared by my mom, aunts and grandma. I am excited to begin cooking some authentic Jamaican food.

I usually don’t add comments to these but this my friend has to be one of the best looking recipes I’ve seen made in the home yet fabulous job nice and entertaining a bit much on the hands but still loving the entire Jamaican flavor great job. I am now a subscriber.

Great lesson on how to cut up a chicken. Delicious looking baked chicken. You didn't say however, what the liquid you boiled up in the pot was nor did I see how it was used, but I may have missed that.
