Johnny never deserved this. In fact, no normal being deserves this. But when you put your time, money, and energy towards someone, it truly hurts in terms of letting go. Especially when it's someone close that you once loved that betrays you the most.
Small wonder he was consistently sprinting from bathroom to bathroom and disappearing on her as often as he could. It’s amazing to me he never suffered a massive heart attack given his age, his chain-smoking, various addictions, and the unrelenting psychic battering he received from her.

My younger sister is pathologically competitive and learned early that lies are power and continues lying and deluding herself to this day to cause alienation and maintain her imagined 'superiority'. Yes, im pretty sure the jury was allowed to take and listen to the full recordings of any of the clips that were played aloud in the trial, except for the Australian tape, none of that was allowed in evidence because theyre were other people on that recording that have now passed away, hence she could not cross examine the witness, (which is a constitutional right).. Im sure it was JDs longtime bodyguard.. Jerry Judge.

Is this the audio from Toronto? For some reason that they in the Penthouse because of the echo, but this definitely brings up parts I haven't heard and filled in some blanks!!
I relistened a full audio today that was post-Toronto and he discussed while she argued, but they talked about their honeymoon and he said it was great until she got physical on the train!! Bingo-there's the support for the bruised face that her team tried to photo shop!!! How did they get that excluded?? He also aked her several times he asked her for the audio so he could listen to it-because she was gaslighting him SO bad!! She brought it up and then turned around and told him she wasn't talking about that...wow!! He was on to her and was able to keep up for a while, when she told him she'd give him the audio so he could hear it, she told him he wouldn't like it. But he asked for it again...and she finally got him confused as she rambled through a list of disconnected accusations! It was almost impossible to follow her, but I could because I was prepated. When it has happed to me, the more it went on I thought I had gone crazy!! I was confused and bought into the terrible things I supposedly had done, accepted the blame, and always apologized...I'm impressed with how long he was able to keep up with her and tried to bring her back to the point, but nope! He listed off definitely more episodes of physical abuse from her than were brought up in the trial! What a life of pure H*LL!!!

That is verbatim what I write n say about this crazy ass relationship. My brother punched me once square in the face, and after, I put my hands up in the air, just subconsciously, like white flag n learned never to call him an idiot over n over when he’s drunk, learned never to talk trash to him when he’s drunk again. And that was my brother who I love unconditionally, and my nose was broken, they had to take a piece of cartilage from behind my ear to fix my nose. Yet, she claims she got her butt kicked all the time w his rings on and yet, she doesn’t have a broken nose in her life, or real hurts that would be caused by a man hitting u. If you can’t see what is happening here with these audio tapes I suggest you think about this. Why is she recording? If you haven’t noticed, she continues to bring up “fights” with details that never happened, and you can catch that when Johnny questions her repeatedly on the details. She is totally playing up to the audio recording building her “case”. This was plotted, and designed to go after Johnny when the time was right! She is methodological and cunning in her words…..scary stuff man.
I totally agree! I believe she was plotting this. The way she won’t admit to being aggressive or doing anything! But, then she tries to say things that sound like Johnny’s aggressive, when she says “like when you kicked me” or “like I’m a punching bag”. This whole thing was a set up. @@Selena3069 Not to be an apologist for JD's drug addictions, which precede AH, but it is very common for victims of this kind of abuse to resort to alcohol etc to escape from the controlling, abusive pain, especially when you've committed to making things work "for better or for worse." JD had it absolutely right, she wanted him to give up himself and abide by her endless "rules." Nothing unique in this. In many cases, it's amazing how healthy and sane people are after they get free ....

It's disturbing to hear her gaslight him within 5 mins of the recording starting. Her soothing him while gaslighting made my mouth drop open. She literally tried to convince him he is the one basically 'broken' and she is his salvation (if he wants to be fixed).

What really happened in wino incident:
Johnny actually made the joke in the tattoo himself, so why would he be offended? SHE was offended by the joke.
She angled towards the "edge of the couch" so she could slap him from a better position..he was sitting back on the couch, and with the third the angle caused her to slip off the couch.
That's when she "saw the carpet". That's why the logistics are so weird (she's sitting on the couch, and she "loses her balance" on the third slap, what?) and she makes this weird edit, "wait no-i mean I was on the edge of the couch".
He probably joked about his tattoo saying hed just be a 'wino forever', she saw it as rage inducing mixture of him getting further away from her with alcohol and loyalty towards winona, SHE said 'you think thats funny, you think youre a funny?" (she said HE responded with that despite that SHE was the one who apparently laughed at the tattoo). he said "you wanna go little girl?" and she slapped him, and she slapped him again because he gawked at her without saying anything. that was def his reaction. in response to her general tumult, HE was the one who said "what're you doing, youre crazy", and she cant finish the sentence that she attributed to herself with conviction and cuts it off 'whatre you doing youre cra-", because she remembers and feels upset that HE was calling HER crazy. And went back to attributing the blank stares to herself lol.

She wore him down and when he finally raised his voice in frustration she used it against him and pretended to be calm, rational, and yes, she used a soothing voice.."calm down baby, calm down, calm down baby..." then told him to take more medication!! He's left feeling as though he overreacted, when it was a normal response! He has extremely good control of his anger, he's insightful, knows exactly how to express his feelings, and how to tell her what he needs; textbook! Im having anxiety listening to her. She is so abusive and manipulative. This is insanity. Amber would benefit from inpatient psychiatric care. She is a very troubled woman and I find it appalling that her sister didn't do more to keep her from going on the stand and tell so many lies . I must say that following the trial and listening to all the audio threw me into depression. Listening to her is like listening to my mother, minus the "I love yous". My mother passed away last year. I had no contact with her since 2008 and only three times prior to that (since 1984). I didn't realize how much unresolved pain I still carried until it all flooded back with the Turd. People like her damage you for life. Just listen to Johnny's new song. He sings about having lost faith in humanity and I totally get it. Her narcissism is beyond toxic; it's deadly. They break your spirit, make you doubt your sanity with their gaslighting. I am SO glad he got away from her. Go live your best life, Johnny. You deserve it! It's funny that MSM published today that she is the most beautiful woman ever. I am not trying to be mean but I don't see it. Her haughtiness, narcissism and lies make her hideous to me. @@karenk2409 I had a step mother like that. Not violent (that I’m aware of) but evil to her core. I didn’t live with her and my dad. Just the time I had to be around her was horrible. She did so many manipulative things to me that I finally stopped going around her at all. Thankfully, my dad didn’t stay married to her for long.

I was too tired to add this last night but what was extremely harsh was Heard offering drugs to Depp. At least twice she offered valium and then asked if he'd taken his morning meds. The valium was to "calm him down"...but if he was any calmer he would have been asleep. What a nasty situation Depp was in and it looks like he was lucky to survive it. I can so relate to Johnny's position here. My mother was an evil person who mistreated her children terribly. The way Johnny was treated as a child shows through in his adult life. (I.e I’m sorry I kicked you out but you left before so I assumed you’d do it again this time, if you wouldn’t always do things wrong I wouldn’t react with extremes before you do anything wrong”). When she admits to violence, she immediately blames Depp for not reacting to her standards (i.e me throwing pots and pans does not negate the fact that you should fight for me/knock on the door).

I actually never believed her from the get-go just because of his long track record of being a humble, kind, and calm man and of my own experiences with somebody that had explosive rage syndrome, narcissism, and possibly borderline personality disorder but was never diagnosed. Needless to say, I have been victimized physically emotionally and gaslighted and I recognized her gaslighting immediately. She never takes accountability for the slightest thing. I have complex PTSD as well, was diagnosed one time in a first session with BPD after being diagnosed with CPTSD years before and in therapy for a long time. She has no where near complex ptsd or ptsd. She is so manipulative and so narcissistic. Most of us turn inward and blame ourselves, never antagonizing someone the way she does. That part triggered me so bad in the trial and I was diagnosed with PTSD years ago bc of DV, I would have had a damn panic attack on that stand if I had to face my abuser, not look at him as much as she did. She seems to think that him doing something she doesn't like amounts to him "fucking up", as if his role in life is to make her feel comfortable and safe at all times, even when she tags along on his work trip!!! She comes across as extremely arrogant and entitled, as well as completely deranged. And she says at one point something like "that was before the arguments got violent" which totally contradicts her testimony that it was violent from the beginning (I am guessing this recording is from 2015 or 2016). She also seems to admit hitting him on several separate occasions, and there is clearly a lot more to the plane flight story than Johnny randomly kicking her to the ground, since Johnny refers to it as essentially his equivalent of Toronto. If the jury heard this in its entirety - and I think they did, even though they only played excerpts in court - it's absolutely no wonder the jury found her to be the aggressor.

He is a balanced person with a good head on his shoulders, so he was hoping to straighten her out as a kind of father figure. i think she also saw him as a kind of father replacement. listened to Audio of them to and realised that when he called her out on lying to Travis she tried gaslighting him, he wouldn't back down and told her ' I watched you lie, I saw it and heard you lie' when she couldn't convince him he didn't know what he was talking about she did the worst, most manipulating thing short of hitting him, I have seen, she went and got him a xanax and told him the other one must have worn of, she then changed topic let the pill take effect and started in on him about walking out when they fight all over again and he went back to placating her. To me it is such a controlling, manipulative and ice cold thing to do to someone, to act like your caring and loving while you make sure they forget about holding you to account and you can gaslight them again!

I'm sick of listening to her now but one last thing that triggered me. This is the third time I have listened to this audio and every time I have concluded that Amber has Border Personality Disorder. She never owns or takes responsibitly for her actions. In her mind everyone around her is the problem ; she is basically always right. She never gives Johnny a chance to explain, and when he does point out her flaws, she gets defensive and lashes out. She totally disregards the fact that she called Johnny names, degraded him and gives him no other recourse but to get far awaly from her. Like most mental complications, it exists on a spectrum. YOU might be capable of acknowledging personal responsibility, but she clearly cannot. Although I would say it could have to do with her upbringing and cultural biases. Her father spoilt her rotten and society likely gave her whatever she demanded because she used to be really pretty. Though I think these environmental circumstances compounds her BPD. But this is only my opinion as I'm not a doctor, nor have personally examined her.

I have to say something else, I am an Empath. I have a hard time going grocery shopping or public places because I take on other people's emotions. I have the uncanny ability to look at someone and feel what they are going through without talking to them. It is interesting to tell you how each and everyone of us (to an Empath) that we wear our emotions on our sleeves. So my point being is that Amber Heard is a train wreck, she exaggerates, her demeanor is all over the place. When you watch videos of her and JD on the red carpet she has this persona that all the attention is on her. It's hard for an Empath to describe what that Empath sees and feels. It's complicated.

I have no empathy towards Amber because I can’t imagine nor understand the mind of a sociopathic narcissist, therefore I can’t feel what I think she’s feeling…nor would I ever want to.
