These three factors affect productivity by the speed at which the powder moves outward and how high it bounces.
Your lead angle is the angle between your top weight and your bottom weight. The standard lead angle is 30 degrees. The lead angle is important because it controls the speed that the product in the separator moves outward.
The top and bottom weights on the machine are both on the top and bottom of the motor. When you add weights to the machine you are affecting the rate of production.
The center tension assembly makes sure that your mesh screens sit flat in the machine and can be adjusted by tightening or loosening the nuts.
