Most of my purchase are from a stores website and they have at least one storefront in every US state. But even there it is still difficult to get any good ones.
I retired my hustle of selling shoes in 2017 right before I joined the military. It was hard enough trying to compete with out of town resellers that had some pull with the store managers. All those resellers had to do was just show up an hour after the store open to pick up numerous pairs. Meanwhile, the store claims they only had five pairs to raffle off.

The news.
I wonder what ethnicity owns the warehouse I’ll bet $500. Non FBA
As a retired detective it seems like Lyons screwed up the investigation for all the other larger agencies. They would of probably hauled in dozens of suspects. They knew about the warehouse but didn’t hit it yet. Sometimes police chiefs seek glory and want to put their mug on the tv before backing off. It’s the the big bill little bull story. Don’t run down and bang one cow, walk down and bang them all
Honestly, I would advise against banging any cows.
Lyons has a history.
Yep...the fact that 2 people....2! were arrested shows me these guys fucked it all up.
Beavis and butthead: "This person said to go bang all the cows uh huh he heh ha huhhhh"

I know people are saying it took a while for the police to raid this location and charge a couple guys. However, this doesn’t stop the actual theft from the freight trains across the country. That’s a whole separate issue that needs to be dealt with since it’s multi-jurisdictional criminal issue.
We all know the FBI is to busy investigating Trump to look into this.

As long as the benefits of doing things illegally outweighs doing legally, this will continue to go on. Just look at major companies that design drugs that they know will cause harm but they know the profit will outweigh the lawsuits.

You can’t tell me a “retailer” didn’t know that stuff was stolen. The thieves charge them tax? I doubt it
Any company with a business license doesn’t have to pay sales tax because they’re buying inventory for their store, not a purchase for personal use. Now as to whether or not they knew the goods were stolen… that’s another story. But businesses don’t have to pay sales tax to buy inventory.
That’s not how any of this works dude…
They kept it so clean and orderly
This is what happens when crime isn't punished.
They will now since the gov isn’t getting their cut.
You have to investigate police at this point. For that many to be hoarded, someone had to be working on the inside with the police.
Someone from the rail company for sure.
Actually I do not think there was a police insider involved. I think the Feds probably took forever and were watching the place while collecting evidence. Justice is slow after all.
Of course it’s stored in Chicago. Them people love those shoes. No work shoes or work boots sold here though for those hard-working, law abiding citizens.
$5 million retail value = $100k material value.

@@SgtJoeSmith Exactly, it's pervasive in the "urban" community. There's a lot of shoe reseller stores they're running these days. Obviously they're willfully ignorant of where their shoes come from. The worst that could happen to them is their inventory gets confiscated. Also pervasive in the same communities is defrauding the government and creditors to get grants and lines of credit, and basically embezzling funds from their own business. This is going on completely unpunished. There's also people operating illegal credit repair services, fake license plates, all sorts of things completely out in the open on platforms like Instagram and Snapchat and it's completely out of control.

This is one of the reasons why I am stopping my side hustle selling shoes. It is impossible to get any good sought-after shoes because if they are not stolen store managers will backdoor them to their contacts. I have tried for at least 3 years trying to buy some of the shoes on release day but I can never get good ones. Shoes I have bought are from stockx but those are just sitting on the shelves as I was listening to some suppose reseller and they are now worth only half of what i paid for.
Why cater to blk taste? If that's your preference then rebuild engines, get a milling machine so you can change bolt patterns on wheels and get good insurance if you do because they'll f it up. 😉
I'm a reseller bro trust me your not doing enough research into shoe flipping I also thought the limited edition shoes were the shoes I needed to get but that's not the case there are common Nikes and other shoe brands that get marked down and bought and resold do some more hw if u ever wanna do it again
