She just finished her second Nike commercial, she appeared in the commercial for only two seconds, but the drum track which was laid down for the commercial is hers. She has a number of other commercials which were not listed on what you were reading. But what you might find interesting is the moncler commercials she was doing. It started out in NY where she shot the moncler commercial before her second appearance on the ellen show. Moncler is high end clothing you will find in places like fifth ave in NY, Beverly Hills, etc. You can find moncler down in Auckland, but I just look in the window. Just looking takes your breath away thinking about how much those clothes cost. Her she is in the commercial wearing a moncler coat which would sell for over $2000 US. th-cam.com/video/c1uriRbdJFg/w-d-xo.html Then notice, here, where she walks out on stage wearing another $2000 moncler coat, but, also, notice when she takes the coat off, what is she wearing? A moncler tee shirt. th-cam.com/video/kKQuG0qXinQ/w-d-xo.html Here, she is up on stage. What is she wearing? I am not sure if the moncler contract is still in force or not, but she did post, last Christmas where moncler sent a care package to her and her brother. She has been wearing the clothes she was sent, but she hasn't been wearing moncler clothes in professional appearances recently.

Agree Kurtis. That's the family band, Dad on guitar, Mum vocals, Aunt Madooon on bass. Not sure about keyboard. I think she replaced the original drummer who is now with of Night de Lite. They recently jammed together.
I'm hearing some improvisation on those fills, some are spot on to the record, but some to have a Yoyoka twist. The whole band is really good, I'd love to see them on a west coast tour, especially if they came to Bend, Oregon.
You need to see the version just her with out the band with the original drummer watching her holy shit you'd be blown away I was and a think she was about 9 great channel 👏 ❤ from England 🏴
6:00 "She actually doesnt look that nervous" Nervous??? Im not sure what youre "anticipating" here, but you need to erase from your mind this image of Yoyoka sitting in her house in Hokkaido and drumming for the camera (or at most, her parents). LOOOOOOOONNNNNNGGGGG before she recorded that TH-cam video cover of Led Zepplin, she was playing live gigs in clubs with her parents. Her first club gig was at age 5. At this point, Yoyoka has as much accumulated onstage time as many headliner bands in the US or UK. Why on earth would she act nervous, simply because she is playing in front of 8 other people?
You've done this song at least 3 times now. It's time to at least hear the original. This is from the early 70s. They were practically inventing hard rock and metal music at that time.
The sound of the kit, and the rest of the band for that matter, is absolutely amazing. As a professional bass player, I'd want yoyoka as my drummer to carry my sorry ass!lol
Well , with her Drum Covers she learned to stay in the pocket and learned different Drum styles , she trained her ear , because she cant read notes ( maybe that changed lately , but she said it in a Video one or 2 Years ago ) . She memorized all of her Drum covers and she did many of them with high Quality . She is already a Pro Drummer and on the way to be a legendary Drummer , i guess .
All the Yoyoka reactions are of her more rocky numbers ... right down my street so that's great ... would like to see your reactions to some of the more funky numbers that show how flexible she is ... Maybe Rosanna by Toto or Virtual Insanity by Jamiroquai ... no expert but she seems really tight on those
I know you’ve got plenty of sponsored requests, but I’ll take my chance anyway (inside dollsBoxx joke). I’m curious if this is a good drum solo(plenty good, but outstanding?), which comes after this great song by Doll$Boxx. The song?, has everything. It’s in Japanese, but in English drummer Hana explains that he “Dominated the ancient world’s wars. His name is Dragonet.” About the last dragon, who was banished to cry blood from the stars forever. Intense, dramatic, bluesy heartfelt, near-metal, virtuosic in a pop hard rock way. Followed by Hana’s solo, during which she often goofs off with a percussion/cowbell helmet among other things (but not in this case. if you’d prefer that, say the word!). Anyway, just rewatched it, and thought to ask you… Thanks for all you do. Doll$Boxx - Dragonet live w Hana “drum so(lo)” th-cam.com/video/gWd6JIHMlkk/w-d-xo.html

Her she is in the commercial wearing a moncler coat which would sell for over $2000 US.
th-cam.com/video/c1uriRbdJFg/w-d-xo.html
Then notice, here, where she walks out on stage wearing another $2000 moncler coat, but, also, notice when she takes the coat off, what is she wearing? A moncler tee shirt.
th-cam.com/video/kKQuG0qXinQ/w-d-xo.html
Here, she is up on stage. What is she wearing? A moncler shirt.
th-cam.com/video/aYRvYkTqauQ/w-d-xo.html
She goes to Tokyo, what is she wearing up on stage?

When celebs do commercials like this, they get paid for their public appearances. I am not sure if the moncler contract is still in force or not, but she did post, last Christmas where moncler sent a care package to her and her brother. She has been wearing the clothes she was sent, but she hasn't been wearing moncler clothes in professional appearances recently.
Top shelf. Aside from Yoyoka, I'm particularly impressed with the singer.
Yup! Killer vox
On a scale of one to ten, this birthday party is an 11...
HAHA Yup!
これは「スタジオ1発録り」だと当事者は言ってます。One-shot recording in studio,they say.
I would bet my left knacker she could play anything any drummer played and probably get the timing and phrasing better.
HEY ANDREW...WITH UR SENCE OF HUMOR AND UR DELIVERY DID YOU EVER THINK ABOUT DOING A COMEDIC THEMED VIDEO DRUM LESSON...? LET UR INNER COMIC COME OUT BUT STILL TEACH THE LESSON...THIS GIRL MAKES ME FEEL LIKE A HUGE SLACKER AND MAKES ME WANT TO PRACTICE ALL THE MORE...LOL.....GREAT VID...PEACE FROM THE NORTHEAST...
Hi Andrew you should watch yoyoka play dazed and confused by zeppelin shes just astounding
"Driving the bus", great phrase! Easy to forget she's only 12. I just hope she has plenty of time to switch it all off and have fun doing other stuff 12-year-olds like to do. Needless concern, maybe? Did you know she has a t-shirt for sale that she designed herself? Thanks, Andrew!
You're right, the whole band is badass!
Even Sir Ian Paice would love the (cover) performance of this awesome band..
If you go to Yoyoka's channel you will will see his comments about this cover and Mistreated.
Wish these guys and girls would be a band forever . They are the the real deal smoking hot greatly talented bunch huh ....
wow!
Yes Paul!
I've just watched her cover Rosanna by Toto she is just technically astounding
I want to see this band live😛
Me too!
HOLY COW. As part of Yoyoka's Birthday Bash she, with 2 others play "Satch Boogie". That's a HIGH SPEED boogie. th-cam.com/video/1U846U6nDuk/w-d-xo.html
And here's Yoyoka at 4 years old playing with a band live th-cam.com/video/fKICpOE4OQo/w-d-xo.html
Agree Kurtis. That's the family band, Dad on guitar, Mum vocals, Aunt Madooon on bass. Not sure about keyboard. I think she replaced the original drummer who is now with of Night de Lite. They recently jammed together.
ffs, that shirt is genius :D even for bassist like me :D
What a band. The guitarist totally nailed it. The drumming wasn't bad either, but I'm a way better guitarist than I am a drummer.
Yes the band is slammin'!
What a song !! Solid performance :) 12 years old, this makes me feel old and lazy lol :)
Me too!
6:00 "She actually doesnt look that nervous"
Nervous??? Im not sure what youre "anticipating" here, but you need to erase from your mind this image of Yoyoka sitting in her house in Hokkaido and drumming for the camera (or at most, her parents). LOOOOOOOONNNNNNGGGGG before she recorded that TH-cam video cover of Led Zepplin, she was playing live gigs in clubs with her parents. Her first club gig was at age 5. At this point, Yoyoka has as much accumulated onstage time as many headliner bands in the US or UK. Why on earth would she act nervous, simply because she is playing in front of 8 other people?
I meant in a band of obviously seasoned pros.
It's unusual to have a 12 year old playing with adult pros and appear comfortable
You don't get nervous generally playing small or big shows. It's more the occasion and associated pressure.
Plenty of pressure playing with pros
😎 Better than the original 😎
Hrrrm..well that may not be the whole truth ;)
You've done this song at least 3 times now. It's time to at least hear the original. This is from the early 70s. They were practically inventing hard rock and metal music at that time.
She is great.
Have you seen Caleb yet? He just turned 7 and has been playing drums to Slipknot, among others. He is great as well.
More BAND-MAID, please. How about 'Domination' LIVE.
The sound of the kit, and the rest of the band for that matter, is absolutely amazing. As a professional bass player, I'd want yoyoka as my drummer to carry my sorry ass!lol
No drumstick wave?!?
I feel cheated! 😄
Man, she is becoming a MONSTER!
HAHA Michael. RIGHT!?
I just 'subbed'...cool show
Awesome thank you Thomas!
I mett Gavin Griffiths when he was on tour with Fish in the states back in 2008 he was a great guy.
Great to hear Gavin
Would you be reacting to any Deep Purple or Rainbow? Ian Paice & Cozy Powell are worth checking out
inferno - behemoth - at left hand ov god... i wanna see you cryin... ;)
I wonder what her career trajectory will be? Killer session drummer? Or do you think she moves to the West and puts together a killer prog rock band?
wow scoob this band is deadly and the drummer is triple deadly
And what were you doing when you were twelve? She is a remarkable talent and I appreciate being exposed to her here.
I think I was listening to Vanilla Ice and hanging out at the mall
Shes a legend. And shes 12. A 12 year old legend. Yup. Well, I guess I'll give up now.
Please do Chris Kontos of Machine Head performing "Rage to Overcome " 2020 live drum cam.
You need to watch A Northlane Drum Cam! I would recommend Quantum Flux or 4D!
Maybe Rosanna by Toto or Virtual Insanity by Jamiroquai ... no expert but she seems really tight on those
Here's Yoyoka doing an improvisational session with a guitarist in another Birthday celebration.
th-cam.com/video/XBWizeA5yt8/w-d-xo.html
I think she found her band
Il se defend houla talentueux 👏👏🎸🎸🎸
Yoyoka has better timing in this version. She rushed a couple of times in the original.
Roast potatoes are... 5:02
Doll$Boxx - Dragonet live w Hana “drum so(lo)”
