- Pretty handy that just a few days after I took on Tyson Fury's ridiculous cheat day, Nando's decided to publish the signature Anthony Joshua order. So I thought it might be a laugh to take it for a whirl not once, not twice but thrice!

Q: How come you don’t get fat?
A: I eat like this for 1 hour of a 168 hour long week. In simple terms, I eat at caloric maintenance over the course of time, meaning I don’t gain weight. If you're interested in learning more, see the ‘But How Come You're Not Fat' and 'It Was Just A Normal Day...' videos.
Q: Don’t you worry about your health?
A: Not in particular. I’m active. I eat nutrient dense foods five days a week. And, I get quarterly bloods done, amongst other health checks.

Greetings Beardlings! As always, thanks for tuning in for another video and thanks in particular to the folks who tagged me in the post on Nando’s Instagram page last week. It felt like an opportune coincidence that this came so soon after the Tyson Fury video, and since we don’t get any of those Michael Jordan, Travis Scott signature fast food meals over here I thought it’d be a laugh to give AJ’s Nando’s order a bash thrice over. The 2021 videos have been incredible so far. Strong start to lockdown year part duex. Also, very positive message on the t-shirt. Sadly, there are no Nando's in this region of the U.S. I do however buy their XX Hot Peri Peri sauce at the local grocery. That stuff is good on almost everything!
