- So everyone knows there's a big grudge match going down between Eddie Hall and Hafthor Bjornsson next year. And in preparation for that Eddie showed off the new daily diet he's hoping will fuel his victory. Tons of you folks tagged me in the video, so I thought I'd give it a crack.
Now the thumbnail probably makes this look easier than it is, but factoring in all the liquid this is about 15lb worth of stuff to go in my belly...So strap yourselves in...It's gonna be a windy ride...

Q: How come you don’t get fat?
A: I eat like this for 1 hour of a 168 hour long week. In simple terms, I eat at caloric maintenance over the course of time, meaning I don’t gain weight. If you're interested in learning more, see the 'It Was Just A Normal Day...' video.
Q: Don’t you worry about your health?
A: Not in particular. I’m active. I eat nutrient dense foods five days a week. And, I get quarterly bloods done, amongst other health checks.

I’m sat here on my 4th beer feeling a bit bloated! This video has inspired me to aim for more. Thank you. I’m gonna go for 18, then I can buy a new crate.
That is why I do not drink beer, only lean tuica. (made of various fruits, like vodka, 50-60% alcohol concentration)
Last time I drank a liter, I ate an entire rotisory chicken, half a jar of Nutella with 2 liters of milk. Bought from a farm, not the crappy milk in stores. My stomach had seen better days.
I have something called POTS & I’m support drink 3-4 litres a day and loads of actual salt and those god awful electrolyte drinks. I feel sick just seeing the tubes
I don’t drink anything that’s not sugar free usually, no dairy either, I don’t get wasting calories on full sugar pop and milkshakes or protein shakes…just no

I do remember he once said he has a Genetic Condition that Makes him more thirsty since he does not produce enough of a Hormone or Chemical that tells your muscles to not grow past a certain point to not overburden your bones, I do not remember now the name of the Hormone. He even confused the place i think he said Switzerland but it was Sweeden that he wanted to say, from where the Gene comes from.Myostatin, I did remember XD.

Happy Sunday folks! Hope you’ve all had a great week and enjoy tonight’s video. Lots of people sent me a video a couple weeks back of Eddie Hall’s new daily eating schedule to get him in fighting shape for his grudge match with Hafthor Bjornsson next year, so I thought I’d give it a bash since so many of you seem to enjoy these daily diet videos.
I’m busy planning my return to restaurant challenges in the coming weeks, so I hope you’re all excited for that, and I’d like to say a huge thanks for sticking with me and watching during lockdown while it’s been a bit tougher than usual to be creative. Hope to see you all again for the next one this Thursday!
UPDATE: It's coming out the bottom hole at the end, not the top hole. I thought that was clear, but a few people seem to be asking haha. Sorry to anyone with a sensitive disposition but people often ask about catastrophic aftermaths and Mrs Beard seemed to take great joy in documenting my discomfort so I thought I'd throw it in.
