  • We decided to pack up again and head south. New River Gorge and Williamsburg, VA were the destination for this little week long trip.
My wife and I with our 6 kids living the camper life in the pop up we remodeled. Trying to do one new trip a month while homeschooling everyone.

What a beautiful family! You guys are great parents. Our family of five started camping last year due to Covid. I purchased an old pop up camper, thinking we'll give it a try. Not wanting to buy something expensive and come to find out we didn't like camping. But we fell in love with it. Happy camping!

Thank you so much! I've always grown up camping and it was one of the things i really wanted my kids to experience and enjoy! Hopefully we'll have a lot more trips this summer!

That's an awesome family you two have there! I subscribed because I just have to see how you do it with 6 kids! Very enjoyable. (I am single and travel with 4 dogs in a popup-so people think I may suffer from insanity, but I find it quite pleasurable!)

Thank you so much. There's always something going on around here which just makes our life fun and interesting. Traveling with 4 dogs in a pop up sounds amazing. Just traveling in general is something i believe more people should do.

Love seeing this. Just purchased a pop-up to upgrade from tent camping. Age does that. Maybe we'll start posting our adventures with a popup

Beautiful family but I just have to asked, what kind of van are you driving? Thank you.

Thank you! We have a ford transit. Then our daily drivers are just two mini vans.

This is so cool! We’re looking into getting a camper for our family of five. Is pop up the way to go? I thought for sure with a family our size we’d need a fifth wheel

We love the pop up. We put a lot of thoughts into the pros and cons of it. It's a great camper for such a small size.

What type of lighting do you have in the popup, it’s really nice and bright.

If you look at 2:28 in the video you can see the three lights on the roof. Those are all just newer replaced ones. They have a high and low setting but they're just perfectly spaced out in the camper to make it bright at night. We also have a small lamp but we rarely use it, and also a candle that changes colors which you can see in the night time-lapses from outside, the kids like that one.

Anyway you can send me the link to the lights? I now have my own Popup. It’s a 2002 Coleman Utah.
