But don't B cells travel to periphery in immature B cell stage? Then how can we say that B cells mature in bone marrow? Since it is the antibody that matures
that blood is still in the bone marrow... antibody is an activated B cell. The B cell is fully developed in the bone marrow but activated in the periphery, since that's where it become exposed to an antigen.

CD34 is a stem cell marker ... so you will see it in a lot of places
