- A much more solid run, still need improvements on deep amazon and many minor improvements, but overall happy with my progress!
Used PCSX2 version Nightly 1.7.4697 with a Dualsense controller via Bluetooth. Recorded with obs-studio. Game run at 60hz setting.
That Tidal Wave strategy is fascinating! Nice run!
The strategy used to gain height is called Infinite Glide Up or IGU. You basically fly up to gain height, transform and immediately press the button to glide again. It resets your momentum for gliding and you can repeat.

Having watched your run from 22.11.2022 and this one back to back really shows the progress in strategies as well as your improvement in terms of execution. It was a real pleasure seeing you ripping the game apart.
I can follow almost all tricks shown in both videos, the only one which I need some clarification on is the teleportation in Level 1. I *assume* that you somehow trick the game into activating the warp menu as well as the tutorial message, therefore granting you movement whilst keeping the text stored. Based on your position on the map you can teleport yourself to the nearest warp gate available by repeating the instruction.
My questions would be as followed:
- how exactly does the activation process for text storage go?
- what were to happen if you would proceed to the next level whilst keeping text storage active?
PS:
I don't have the manual so I would like to know exactly what each Minicon Team Combo actually does if it isn't too much trouble telling me.

How do you get the game to run so smoothly? When I used pcsx2 it sucks. I saw before that you said you followed the instructions in a discord server. Do you have links to the server?
