What's good y'all it's Jonis here and Welcome to the channel, today y'all we will be starting the the next season of "The Amazing World Of Gumball" WOO. For today's episodes we get the birth of Anais, then Gumball and Darwin try to uncover Richard's secret, then Darwin decides to help out a bully, then Gumball and Darwin decides to veg out for day and finally Tobias decides to be Gumball's best friend. Season 6 changes the atmosphere, it's like season 5 but more editing

I immediately HATED The Rival the day it premiered and avoided reruns of it ever since.

I disagree with you it is a good episode
Honestly it just felt the episode was meh. Could've been better.
I hated it because of that creepy-ass Chucky face that Anais makes. Plus it doesn't help that Gumball is wearing a red and yellow striped shirt which just makes me think of him even more. But I'll say one semi-good thing that I noticed about the episode. The fact that Anais tried to get rid of them after she was born, kind of makes every bad thing that Gumball and Darwin do to her in the series completely justified. Ever since the episode the "The Responsible" when they were in charge of watching her and doing a poor job of it, to the "Halloween" episode where they left her hanging from a branch, over a well, out in the rain. All of it might as well have been long overdue payback. At least that's the way I choose to see it.

- In “the rival” the dump scene with the box almost getting destroyed, Gumball almost getting thrown in the fire, and Darwin saving him using a claw is a reference to the Pixar movie Toy Story 3
- In “the lady” Richard dresses up as a woman for the fourth time in the series after “the finale” “the name” and “the safety.”
- In “the sucker” Gumball didn’t appear the entire episode, however he is mentioned. This is one of two episodes where Gumball doesn’t appear with the other being “the singing”
- In “the vegging,” Cartoon Network heavily advertised this episode due to it being the 200th episode
- In “the one” when Gumball does the Hadouken attack is a reference to Street Fighter
I think Tobias is a great character, he wants to be the protagonist of his own story but he's not, that's why he always says that he feels like a supporting character and why he did what he did in this episode
agreed I don't like him but I do feel bad for him and deserved better
“The Rival” is basically the Gumball equivalent of “A Pal For Gary” from SpongeBob.
The rival was the first episode I ever saw and it instantly got me hooked
The One is a fun episode because shows the order of who Gumball considers his friends. Like it’s neat that Sarah’s gone from their creepy stalker to their nerdy third best friend, and it’s neat that Carrie is his second best friend, not only because they hang out a lot (and also their dynamic feels like it’s got more lighthearted jabs than the others) and because she’s Darwin’s girlfriend. It’s neat to see.
I like tobias I think he’s funny you gotta admit you laughed at him at least 4 times in this episode

Anais is one of my favorite characters and I hated this episode, it's a complete slap in the face to her character. It would have been fine if she evolved from this evil birth gradually instead of a cliche switch.
