OMG, I was cracking up the entire time watching Leo’s reactions! That showstopper move at the end was pure gold-he totally deserves an Oscar, as others have said. Leo, Leo, Leo, you’re absolutely adorable!! 🥰
Awww, Leo, such a cutie-and so cunning… sly as a fox! Lol. I remember when I was a teen, our family went away for the holidays. While we were on vacation, our dogs spent the week at the kennel or with grandma. Unfortunately, one of them brought home fleas and my cat ended up developing allergic dermatitis. I was terrified I would never be able to give her the bath she needed without being totally mauled! But surprisingly, everything went smoother than I expected and in the end, it all worked out great.
My cat Minnie will often hop into the tub after I get out, when there’s no water in it. She’ll play around in there and walk around to see what was all the fuss about! One time, I caught her drinking from the toilet-just like a dog! I was definitely surprised by that. I haven’t put her in a tub of water yet, but she does like to walk along the edge of the tub. My goal is to help her get more comfortable with it over time and eventually, I’ll try adding some water to see how she reacts. To make it easier I’ll add toys and treats to entice her! =)
Leo was spunky in this video but somehow still manages to look adorable at the same time! 😂 He’s definitely a great actor-his performance is on point! 👍
Leo’s offering exclusive bath escape lessons AND acting classes! Furry friends, sign up now! Classes begin next week-swats, kicks, and top-tier acting skills guaranteed! 😂
My stepmother had a kitten who never quite learned to groom herself properly. The little devil had a habit of diving into the dirt pile after she swept, rolling around in it and then tearing through the house, spreading dirt everywhere again. It was like a game to her every time she got the broom. If she managed to get the dirt into the dustpan, she'd plop herself right in it and refuse to move until she dumped her out. Lol, it was her way of messing with 'mamma,' but it also meant she needed a bath quite often since she wouldn't groom herself. They eventually found her another home when they moved and couldn't take her along for various reasons. I’m sure she's still up to her old tricks!
My cat, Biscuit, always acts like he’s being traumatically abused when it’s bath time. The last time I tried to bathe him, he somehow jumped out of the tub, slid across the bathroom floor, and ran under the couch like he was in a race. I couldn’t help but laugh!!
Hi everyone! Leo pulled out all the stops in this one-from his award-worthy acting to some dramatic swats and kicks right until the end! 😹 If you enjoyed the video, don’t forget to hit that subscribe button to keep the fun coming. Thank you all for your amazing support! ❤🐾
OMG, Leo's acting skills on another level! lol When we rescued my cat from the street, she was about 12-16 weeks old and in pretty rough shape. I decided to use a small plastic washbasin with a towel at the bottom, plus a bucket and cup for rinsing. I let her sniff and taste the water to make sure it was just water-once she confirmed, she allowed me to gently put her in and wash her. She did try to escape a couple of times, but I just let her get out and then gently put her back in. I used the cup and bucket to rinse off the shampoo, then wrapped her up like a little cat burrito in a towel. xD Now, she’s so used to bath time that when she sees 'her' washbasin, she hops right in, knowing exactly what’s coming. She happily enjoys a warm soak-though showers and hair dryers are still not her thing.
It really shows how much patience pays off. Gradual steps are definitely the key with cats....slowly introducing them to new things helps them build trust and feel more comfortable. My cat used to not be a fan of anything water-related, but over time got used to the idea. Now she’ll happily jump into her bath. Patience really makes all the difference!
What a cutiepie! Leo is an absolute star! 😻 His acting skills are on point! 😂 Patience is definitely key when introducing cats to the bath-taking it slow and letting them get comfortable is the way to go. I usually bathe my cat 2-3 times a year unless she gets into a super messy situation she can’t clean herself, or if there’s a health issue that requires it! 😀
Leo showing his warning signs there for a moment, but as soon as he was being petted, those claws were like, "Okay, fine, I’ll chill." Catch the drama at 1:20! 😹❤
Leo is a pro of pretending to nap... until bath time arrives, then it’s pure chaos! Swats, kicks, and full-on escape mode-he’s a little warrior and AMAZING ACTOR! 😂🐱
It’s his first time with us, so it’s definitely a new experience for him! You’ll be surprised in Part 2! Thanks so much for watching and for your support!
Oh my word Leo is doing 'Wriggla Scriggla!' My grandfather said this to Pushkin our family cat this when bathtime came as he was like a wriggly slippery eel cat, no amount of coaxing, gentle movements and treats would entice him into the bath, once we managed it but he became 'The Ball of Fury' in the bath and my poor grandfather got scratched lol. After that we used pet wipes! Leo is so handsome, and obviously with these fine cat eel movements and karate chop legs he would make a marvellous cat version of Jackie Chan!
What a great memory of Pushkin! 'Wriggla Scriggla' perfectly captures that slippery, wriggly cat energy. 😊Leo brought his own drama to bath time with his escapes and karate-like swats-he possibly might make a good cat version of Jackie Chan! We actually haven’t given him a full bath yet. After a few messy situations, we ended up using pet wipes too-they’re definitely a smart, scratch-free solution! Thank you for the kind words about Leo-he sure knows how to turn every moment into a show! 😊
While it's true that cats are great at grooming themselves, there are situations where a bath might be necessary, like if they get into something sticky or smelly that they can't clean off on their own. Some cats also have skin conditions or allergies that may require special care. Additionally, newly adopted cats might come with fleas or other parasites that require a bath and treatment. Not all cats need regular baths but for those that do, it’s usually for their health and comfort!
@@damonsully8060 Thank you for the reply. NOW I understand the situation. Personally, Ihave been lucky with my cats, coming from a known source; and they have all been clean and bug free. Loverly cat by the way.
Bath a cat....why ???? Leo seems to be clean. If you have to.....why on earth not then bath him early after dinner. This is not funny.....not funny at all.
Thank you for your feedback! I totally understand where you're coming from. While cats are great at grooming themselves, sometimes a bath is necessary-especially if they haven't had one in a while, like Leo, who hadn’t been bathed for a few months before we adopted him in July. Cats may need a bath for various reasons, like hygiene, skin conditions, or if they get into something they can't clean off themselves. We wanted to capture his funny reaction to bath time and made sure to keep it as stress-free as possible. By the way, Siberians typically don’t have an issue with water, and Leo actually likes it! The underlying point many enjoyed was his acting skills! He was just being himself and calling the shots on when to go to the bathroom, which is part of his funny personality. We appreciate your thoughts and are always doing our best for Leo’s well-being! =)
Lol, same here! I'm proud to be one of the loyal servants in our family, catering to the every whim of our two kitties. They definitely run the show around here!

Oh yeah that’s right!!! Lol Thanks for watching!
I think you're being a little overdramatic, Leo Lol Better days ;)
WHY DO SOME CAT OWNERTS BATHE THEIR CATS. THEY CAN LOOK AFTER THEMSELVES, UNLIKE DOGS THAST DO NEED A BATH!!
While it's true that cats are great at grooming themselves, there are situations where a bath might be necessary, like if they get into something sticky or smelly that they can't clean off on their own.
