Rudy has really come a long way to try to understand people and improve relationships. Especially with your loved ones, it’s easy to make a mistake in your approach as one tries to “fix” the problem (like saying, “there are plenty of people worse off than you”) rather than trying to listen to the person with the problem. Your intentions may be good but it may not be what the other person wants to hear. It was good to see him understand his past, his brother’s intention, and his own realization that he didn’t really know what to do despite trying his best to learn from his own situation and trying to empathize with his sister.
Agreed! I love how realistic this whole situation was. It is pretty typical for people to want to "fix" situations by talking about it. But sometimes, it doesn't need talking, but just being present and willing to listen: "I'm here for you"
METAL GEAR SH*T!! Yeaaah!.. Man I WISH Kojima owned the MGS license and it wasn't with Konami who do garbage like that stupid Zombie game :(.... Also man this is like the fourth reaction i've watched and that scene still gets me a little eye watery, such a good scene..
I KNOW RIGHT?! After this next death stranding he supposed to be returning to the stealth genre! So at least we will have that! But man I love the characters in mgs! 🥲
