    I do have a problem to breath out long enough and just let the inbreath come. It seems to me that unconciously I have to force my breath. And I definitly hold my btesth a lot.

      It's so common for people to hold their breath, particularly in a stressed state (and sadly, many of us can be stressed just opening our emails!). Doing some nervous system resetting tools regularly in some of my other videos can be really helpful over time.

    Plz explain what is breathing into belly

      Great questions - trying to take your breath all the way into your low belly (feeling your belly actually expand with your breath) vs breathing just in your upper chest. Often when we're stressed, we just breath into our chest which keeps us in a more 'fight or flight' state vs a relaxed and calm one. I hope that helps! Let me know.

      Ideally nose if you can. but if you can only access through your mouth, a-ok. Thanks for your comment!
