Oh! so beautiful Schubert Serenade it is. especially whole bow sounding is veryvery natural touch. I would actually know what so mysterious rhythm are here and there. We Asian people couldn't play the differences between even number note and odd number note sequence in turn alternately. Occasionally I would love to hear Isaac Sturn Serenade with orchestra (91yrs.Japanese) sorry strange English.
Such an amazing violinist. There's so much feeling behind every single note. Gorgeous performance! It was wonderfully played. So inspirational. Thank you so much! It's a blessing to the ears.
Exquisite, just beautiful and as fine a version as I've ever heard and I've listened to many because I love this piece. Well done, bravo, bravo, bravo! 👏👏🎊🎉
Fun fact, just heard the itzack Perlman version and he made mistakes in the end and in the very high notes .. don’t get me wrong, he’s the maestro and his interpretation was magical, but you totally nailed the serenade: speed, notes 🎶 and interpretation.. excellent
@MilanAC1987 Thank you for your kind comments. It is interesting that you mention the Perlman video since I studied it closely when I was learning this piece. His bowings and fingerings were very helpful to me in figuring out how I wanted it to sound. Keep in mind that Perlman’s video was a live performance and mishaps happen in that environment 🙂. He is one of my favorites to listen to.
@@DanielZiesemerViolin of course. I'm a musician too :). his version, even if he had made ten mistakes, would still be the best in the world🤣. that man makes magic every note he plays. but even the best can make mistakes and therefore I wanted to highlight how your execution was truly perfect even in the most technical and complicated points I play clarinet and my mum plays violin :)
Nicely done. I’ve heard this piece before (and played the piano version), but I font remember all these variations. Are those true to the original score or are the additions?
@claidheamdanns Thank you! Nice to hear from you. It is pretty much the same as the original song by Schubert but very often when a violinist transcribes a piece they will add embellishments such as double-stops or more complex passages to make it more suitable for the violin. In this case Mischa Elman did this and created in my opinion the gold standard violin transcription of this piece.
Though the tone is masculine, the violin sings , full of emotion, under Mischa Elman's hands. I didn't like the kadenzas. I think they are not part of the Schubert piece, but an addition of the violinist. Superflous.
This piece can be said to be the most beautiful part of Schubert. Thank you for playing this song like Schubert.
Sublime interpretación que llega directo al corazón
Hermoso ❤ me emociona hasta las lágrimas ❤
My soul is filled with an ineffable joy
Excellent ! Your double stops are perfectly in tune

It is the transcription by Mischa Elman. It is available on IMSLP.
