Ok, good one. Good for new ideas and inspirational moment selves. But, for everything there's always a but, before you throw seeds to the ground, you hv to prepare the soil. Before you start to build a high-rise, you'll hv to prepare the land. So, the very first thing to do in Africa prior to start with big investments like you mentioned, which in fact I agree with you, Africa has all these potentials, is to change people's paradigms. You cannot start investing in such a big ideas like these when you will find difficult to progress due to negative people's paradigms that leads to negative acts and behaviours. We all want Africa to develop, but the truth is, for this to happen, a massive work on changing people's perseptions of life needs to be done first. We have to prepare our people first, we have to educate them, teach them, and help them buy knowing themselves first and then they'll be able to help day by day, month by month, year by year on Africa development. America, Europe, China and others they are already here doing these things that you just mentioned but nothing is changing according to development of Africa because they don't care about this, their only objective is to make money. A father is the one who cares about his house, his children's safety and education and not the neighbour.

Have you mentioned internet access ? Because only 29% of africa's population have access to the internet, compared to Europe which has 92% of his population having access to the internet. For online education you mentionned there is a need for fast, affordable and widespread internet.
Some industries such as real estate and affordable housing in their current form are not suited to the continent as it harms rather than compliments it's environment as it erodes and devastates it. Our traditional dwellings conform to nature by design and neither erode or degrade the environment. We need to go back to proper waste management in line with traditional norms. These sectors should either evolve to complimenting the environment and be sustainable for all households... Entrepreneurship coupled with invention is a better mix to improve standard of living and bring the down the high cost of living if our governments will invest in their own to achieve this and not be so quick to look for foreign private partnerships which encourages corruption. Too few governments are doing this and I personally identified others besides South Africa where this can work... Great video though.
I strongly disagree. We need more real development to meet the needs of rising populations and urbanization across the continent. Who wants to the primitive ways of traditional living? We can use technology and innovation to address the environmental concerns you raised.

However, if govt agencies will scale up fast action policies on this top 10 businesses, more start ups will leverage on tax incentives and opportunities to seek investment opportunities in this sectors with banks and other lending platform for growth. In all, welldone for pointing this out.
Thank you for this. Im an entrepreneur based in South Africa looking for growth and diversification. I'm open to collaborate with likeminded business people.
Am from kenya and i have the same mindset. We can collaborate and build wealth together

The country depreciating forest .....this make it hard to be a value proposition
May these opportunities first strengthen and stabilize the people of Africa to ensure the continuity of growth and global transformation.

I have enjoyed your insightful video. Thank youuuu always
Different countries have different shortcomings also in Africa. Why blanket the whole Africa.
Agree! 100%
Had not thought about it even

Be a politician in Africa. Nothing is more lucrative.
