Same experience. I went to 4 banks and the steps are not simple at all. The utility payment must be in your name. They will not accept even if it belongs to your parents or grandparents.
Is there buy to let loans like in UK? Here we have option to pay either principal + interest or just interest only, so we can get good cashflow while we leverage. Can you inform in community few days before your podcast interview? So we have opportunity to ask our questions. Thank you

yes, exactly - why in Dubai you need to pay consultants for everything? - consultant for golden visa, consultant for bank account opening, consultant for mortgage, etc.? .. it is just another way to get more money from incoming expats :) .. in Europe you can arrange easily everything just by your own
I think you need is an expert assigned by brokerage company that will trade for you and handle your capital professionally and will give you weekly returns of investment without Extra fees.

Canadian banks are also amazing banks. No problems whatsoever so ever. Less drama. Hardly any questions asked.
