testing it now. I am keen to make a volume of calls to existing clients asking them a simple question. How do I load multiple numbers. Also if I have their extensions, how do I include them. Sorry i am not a tech guy.

They recently changed the layout, it’s still under the tab on the left side of the bland ai developer platform, and you should see it under Private & Cloned Voices - then you can copy id directly there
