ok ok, so this joke makes no sense, but either they though villager wasn't at the party, and considering there's the identity of villager being a soulless axe murderer, that could be a possibility. This idea would be completely shut down by the next video confirming villager is dead however. Otherwise, it could be referring to some kind of poison that you can just tank in an animal crossing game.

I'd imagine that Steve is in the villain category because he killed the enderdragon only to get her son.
Now I want Steve to do something evil in Smash.
Not to mention Steve has ravaged the countryside of an innocent land, stealing it's resources, clearing entire forests, killing it's ecosystems, and is a genuine menace to it's villages when he's not using TNT or Flint and Steel to cause general mayhem within their borders. Let's also not forget that all of this was done in the name of personal gain and amusement. Yea, Steve is a villain.

Steve was already evil for prisoning villagers to make them breed, farming iron golems who only wanted to protect villagers, and absolutely destroy or terraform the land around him for his own personal needs.
I just realized that Kirby could literally sit at any table he wants as long as he eats the right person for it.

he already did in the reveal, we never saw him fight anyone.
Yep, he ended up throwing everyone off the cliff except for Pichu, Nana, Banjo,(he was getting ready to through) and Incineroar(Who avoided getting poisoned since Kirby locked him up in the basement...it make sense in context)

This comic creator made villager be in there because of all the "Killager" memes, and steve is there because he mines jewels and money so they decided to keep him (Shown in a past comic)

People forget: Lucario and Ivysaur are immune to poison as they are part steel or poison respectively. Also, how is Mega Man dead? He's a robot and isn't affected by poisons like that in the first place.

Wario (Probably has a poison ability from the Wario Land Series)
We see Link, Mega Man, and Cloud are dead. I expect Sephiroth made a separate "poison" for Mega Man (something that would rust away at his circuits or something), meaning R. O. B. was also presumably killed. In general, this means that Sephiroth planned ahead for fighters immune to ordinary poison, leaving behind only Kirby, Incineroar, Kazuya, and possibly Shulk and/or Palutena.

@@alleycatgaming5433 My main point is just that if Mega Man died, that means Sephiroth carefully planned ahead rather than just using the same poison for everyone and hoping it'd kill them all. No, he gave Mega Man a special poison. And so there's no reason why he shouldn't have thought ahead for R. O. B. too. And Link, and Mewtwo, and Cloud, and everyone feasibly killable. Which basically leaves Shulk (since he could've known not to drink at all, preventing Sephiroth from tricking him), Palutena (since she's a goddess), and Kirby (since he's Kirby, and plus he survived Kazuya's trailer which is established to be canon to this storyline) as the only possible characters who could have survived. Sephiroth would've made sure everyone else was dead.

Also, Kirby has been confirmed to have survived as of last Tuesday. So it’s Kazuya, Incineroar, and Kirby who are currently known for sure to be alive.
