I was around seven or eight years old and my mom pregnant with my younger sister when this show aired and have to say that without question growing up in the 70's and 80's will always be some of most incredible and unforgettable times. It's also interesting how he's talking about politicians in this show only to later become one and that it's now been twenty six years since his passing.

Yeah it breaks my heart that her last few tours. Sonny would sing his part from the big screen and Cher would sing live. She finally settled into acknowledging that he was her one true love!!!

There is also gender identity in the brain and in some rare cases, the brain doesn't match up with the anatomy. It's a birth defect. He was born with a penis and something happened to him as a baby were his penis was injured so bad, the doctors couldn't repair it, so they removed the penis and advised his parents to raise him as a girl. So this kid knew nothing. He didn't know he was born a boy, his parents lied to him. He didn't have the anatomy of a boy (because they removed his penis when he was an infant). But there was something in his brain while he was growing up that told him that something wasn't right. He did not feel like a girl even though he had the anatomy of a girl. He didn't have the body part of a boy so how did he still know he was a boy? His brain was telling him he was a boy. So there has to be something in your brain that tells you what gender you are. We don’t know how Chastity now called Chaz feels about life. There are people who are not happy with their “change” because they get pushed into it! Glad she was over 21 and made her own decision hopefully. As a tomboy growing up it looks like kids are being forced in to making sex changes before they have grown up and really know what they want. I loved Trucks, every king of toy gun, wearing boys shirts. I told my neighbor I was going to be a boy when I grew up. I thought that boys toys were more fun My mom was a bit of a tomboy and could climb trees as well as they could She didn’t push me to be more feminine or tell me I was being too masculine. Whats more I didn’t have adults at school asking me what sex I was and hooking me up with a counselor that started me on pills to transition to a boy. I grew up and realized I liked being female though I’m still not in to girly girl things. I do love flowers, sexy underwear, and always liked guys ( none as much as my handsome husband). I’m glad I didn’t get pushed into feeling I had to change to fit someone else’s idea of me!
