If -- IF -- the narrative is that they were having a good time hanging out on tour is correct, and presumably he had Em's number, Tyler should have just told him personally.
Now, if Tyler was bummed that Em's stuff's been weak, maybe he thought it'd be fuel for Em to come out with something good.
Alternatively, he was just a young kid and likely not sober when he tweeted that stuff.
This last thing I believe is most likely, and obviously makes him fair game for an Em diss. The biggest problem is that precisely because Em isnt at the top pf his game, the diss fell flat and he resorted to a cheap slur. It:s like Em didn't know how to truly roast him without using that word, which makes me sad.
It should have been instruction.
The best thing would have been for Em to not cross the line with name-calling -- at least that cheap word -- and just talk about it in his song, and call him out for being a coward and lazy for workshopping it with millions.
