I remember once my dad hooked into something peeling drag like that & we instantly thought carp the whole time, without even bothering to grab the net still saying it’s a carp only to emerge as a the biggest walleye I’ve ever seen. I sprint out to grab the net, sprint back, trip over a rock, literally fall onto the fish in the water & come up with it in the net. Everyone around was cheering & I’ll never forget that.
Really good vid today. Get a lot of 8 to 15lb down here on the Mississippi near the Arch. Only get a couple that size a year. Love the ol crawler's and crawfish.👍😄

Josh i think this spillway might have been about the time i found your you tube channel and you and Ben were catchin walleyes.i still watch a few of The Miliken vids,but i can watch pro bass fishing most of the time on tv,i would much rather see whats lurking in those spillin-ways and the creeks an stuff,especially when u,colton,spencer,b-jizzle and tyler get after those flatheads,walters,wipers,an stuff.Brian also has a awesome channel if a wiper beatdown is what your lookin for.And all the new podcasts u guys have been doing are decent entertainment.i try to catch Ryan early friday to see what he has to talk about.But anyways,thanks for takin us fishin and keep up the goodcwork.
